背景技术:现在的太阳能集热管以内外两层玻璃管套装而成,外管为透明状态,内管外壁涂有阳光吸收层,内外管之间为真空层。太阳光透过玻璃外管照射到内管的阳光吸收层上将太阳能转化为热能由内管管壁将热传递给集热管里的水。因为外管是透明的,不能反射阳光,所以在计算集热管集热面积时用内管直径乘以管长,这样实际太阳光利用率较低。
发明内容:本实用新型是提供一种玻璃外壳凹镜反射集热管,其所属技术领域是太阳能热水器收集热能的集热装置,用以解决集热面积小,阳光利用率低的问题。其主要的技术要点是:在太阳能集热管外管的背阴面壁外涂上镀银金属涂层,使外管背阴面呈现凹镜状,集热管外管的向阳面仍为透明状态,凹镜的主要用途是将内外管之间射入的太阳光反射到内管的阳光吸收层上,从而扩大集热管的集热面积,提高集热效率。

一种玻璃外壳凹镜反射集热管,由外管1内管2镀银金属涂层4组成,其特征在于:在集热管外管1的背阴面5外壁涂上镀银金属涂层4,镀银金属涂层外面做防水保护层,使集热管背阴面5的外管呈凹镜状,用以反射内外管之间射入的太阳光到内管2的阳光吸收层上,把太阳能转化为热能并收集。

图2为本实用新型另一实施例,其特征在于,凹镜的设置在内外管套装前,在内外管之间放置一长条半圆型凹镜或在内外管套装前在外管背阴面内壁上贴、镀一层反光膜。
具体实施例:太阳光照射在集热管上,光线穿过集热管外管向阳面透明玻璃,照射在内管的阳光吸收层上时,集热管的作用等同于普通集热管。当光线从内外管间隙射入,照射到外管背阴面的凹镜上时,光线会反射到内管背阴面的阳光吸收涂层上,将太阳能转化为热能并收集。这样集热管的集热面积由内管直径乘以管长变成了外管直径乘以管长,增加了集热面积,提高了集热能力。

1.一种玻璃外壳凹镜反射集热管,由外管、内管、镀银金属涂层组成,其特征在于:在集热管外管的背阴面外壁涂上镀银金属涂层,使集热管背阴面的外管呈凹镜状,用以反射内外管之间射入的太阳光到内管的阳光吸收层上,把太阳能转化为热能并收集。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳凹镜反射集热管其特征在于:凹镜的设置在内外管套装前,在内外管之间放置一长条半圆型凹镜或在内外管套装前在外管背阴面内壁上贴、镀一层反光膜。
