 本实用新型涉及一种消防水带晾晒收卷装置。
背景技术
目前，消防队站在出火场回来后，对使用过的水带进行清洗后晾干，然后再有队员用手进行收卷；采用的晾晒方法，有的仍在地上、有的挂在墙上，既不规范也不美观，晾晒效果还差，人工收卷水带还费工费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可实现水带的自动晾晒和收卷的消防水带晾晒收卷装置。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种消防水带晾晒收卷装置，包括卷扬机（1）、槽型钢条（2）、链条盘（3）、链条（4）和滑轮（5），所述卷扬机（1）安装在槽型钢条（2）中间，所述链条盘（3）安装在卷扬机（1）两侧，所述卷扬机（1）与链条盘（3）通过链条（4）连接，所述卷扬机（1）、槽型钢条（2）和滑轮（5）通过钢丝绳（6）连接。
所述链条盘（3）至少为2个。
所述链条盘（3）中间安装有悬挂水带的钢筋柱。
本实用新型的一种消防水带晾晒收卷装置，能自动提升水带进行晾晒，而且能通过电动机反转作用力，实现在下降过程中水带的自动收卷，并且该装置美观实用，又节约人力，规范了消防队站水带的晾晒，实现水带的自动晾晒和收卷。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型消防水带晾晒收卷装置，包括卷扬机1、槽型钢条2、链条盘3、链条4和滑轮5，卷扬机1安装在槽型钢条2中间，链条盘3安装在卷扬机1两侧，卷扬机1与链条盘3通过链条4连接，卷扬机1、槽型钢条2和滑轮5通过钢丝绳6连接，遥控卷扬机1安装在一根槽型钢条2的中间，卷扬机1两侧安装若干个自行车链条盘3，链条盘3的中心焊接两根挂水带的钢筋柱，卷扬机1与链条盘3之间通过链条4连接，实现链条盘和卷扬机同步运转；卷扬机1通过固定在墙壁上的滑轮5以及钢丝绳6，实现带动整个装置自动上升；装置在上升过程中，连接链条盘3的链条4反转，而链条盘3不动；当水带晒干后，装置下降时，链条盘3正转，从而带动水带打卷，实现水带的自动收卷。

1.一种消防水带晾晒收卷装置，其特征在于：包括卷扬机（1）、槽型钢条（2）、链条盘（3）、链条（4）和滑轮（5），所述卷扬机（1）安装在槽型钢条（2）中间，所述链条盘（3）安装在卷扬机（1）两侧，所述卷扬机（1）与链条盘（3）通过链条（4）连接，所述卷扬机（1）、槽型钢条（2）和滑轮（5）通过钢丝绳（6）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防水带晾晒收卷装置，其特征在于：所述链条盘（3）至少为2个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防水带晾晒收卷装置，其特征在于：所述链条盘（3）中间安装有悬挂水带的钢筋柱。
