本实用新型涉及一种带有流水孔的加强型太阳能铝合金边框,属于能源技术领域。
背景技术
太阳能电池组件是由于光生伏特效应而将太阳光能直接转化为电能的器件,当太阳光照到电池组件便面时会产生光生电流。太阳能电池组件生产通常是按照IEC61215标准进行,设计寿命大于25年。
太阳能电池组件表面是由透光性能好的坚韧玻璃制成,电池组件固定于长、短边框的内扩型槽口中,处于完全密封状态。在下雪结冰天气情况时,一旦冰雪融化就可能因为热涨导致太阳能电池组件损坏,并且由于冰雪的积压可能导致铝合金边框的变形。在正常情况下,边框内扩型槽口的下槽壁承受着所有的压力,一般上、下槽壁长度一样,都比较短,同时槽壁也相对较薄,一般在1.5mm到1.8mm,因此下槽壁所能承受的压力就比较小,使用时间越长,再加上风吹雨打很容易导致边框变形损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种带有流水孔的加强型太阳能铝合金边框,该实用新型有效地排除冰雪融化时的积水,而且可以承受压力也大大的提高。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种带有流水孔的加强型太阳能铝合金边框,它包括长边框、短边框和角码,所述长边框和短边框通过角码固定,所述长边框和短边框的侧板壁顶部分别设有内扩型槽口,所述内扩型槽口的下槽壁长度大于上槽壁长度,所述长边框和短边框的斜面上均设置有小缺口,所述长、短边框上的小缺口对合成流水孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型由于设置有流水孔,可以很快排除冰雪融化天气时的积水,并且由于支撑组件的下槽壁长度变长,所能承受的压力大大提高,防止铝合金边框因为压力过大而变形。
