Abstract

太阳能热水器伴热带安装套管是一种太阳能热水器上下水管防冻伴热带的安装套管。用一种内壁开设相应槽的管道，将水管和伴热带紧密套在一起，把伴热带置入槽内，使伴热带和水管均能在不破坏外保温层的情况下自由更换。在伴热带处的管道壁上使用防火材料，达到防火目的。安装更换伴热带方便，提高伴热带对水管的加热速度，延长伴热带使用寿命，增加保温效果，防止火灾。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器上下水管防冻伴热带的安装套管。能在不破坏外保温棉的情况下更换伴热带及上下水管。 
背景技术
目前太阳能热水器上下水管与伴热带是由胶带捆绑到一起，外面再包上保温棉，由于是胶带捆绑，伴热带与水管不能保证紧密贴合，导致水管不能全部加热，增大了加热的时间，而且伴热带与水管的热胀系数不同，伴热带的损坏机率增大，减少了使用寿命，严重的还会导至火灾。当伴热带损坏时，需要破坏保温棉才能更换伴热带，增加了维护困难与维修的费用。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种安装装置，有效的解决了现有伴热带安装更换复杂，维护困难的问题，同时增加了保温效果，增大了伴热带的使用寿命，降低了着火机率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：用一种内壁开设相应槽的管道，将水管和伴热带紧密套在一起，把伴热带置入槽内，使伴热带和水管均能在不破坏外保温层的情况下自由更换，在伴热带处的管道壁上使用防火材料，达到防火目的。 
本发明实用新型的有益效果是：安装更换伴热带方便，延长伴热带使用寿命，提高伴热带对水管的加热速度，增加保温效果，防止火灾。

具体实施方式
将水管和伴热带顺套管穿入套管内，当伴热带损坏时，直接将伴热带抽出更换新伴热带即可。本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，增加保温效果，增加伴热带的使用寿命。

1.太阳能热水器伴热带安装套管，其特征是套管内壁开设相应的槽，将水管和伴热带紧密套在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器伴热带安装套管，其特征是把伴热带置入槽内，在伴热带处的管道壁上使用阻燃材料。
