Abstract

一种伞形烟囱式风力发电站,由多片风叶顺序排列成为伞形结构,架设在烟囱式塔基顶部,发电机、整流器、电流分配器、蓄电池居中安装在烟囱式塔基内部,并留有足够的风的流向路径。烟囱式塔基垂直安装在一个坚固的固定座上,能够置于地面或者建筑物上面。综合利用地表气流与自然风的能量,能够在微弱风力状态下,使伞形风叶快速旋转,带动发电机发电。

本实用新型涉及一种伞形风叶与烟囱式塔基结合起来,利用风力发电的装置。
背景技术:
长期以来,风力发电都采用三个风叶,垂直于地面采集风力发电。其缺点是:风叶受力面很小,风叶旋转速度较慢。适应风向的改变,需要尾部“舵手”辅助,风力利用效率很低。
发明内容:
为了提高现有的风力发电效率,本实用新型设计一种多片风叶顺序排列成为伞形结构(下文称之为:伞形风叶),架设在烟囱式塔基顶部的采集风力装置,能够在微弱风力状态下快速旋转,带动发电机旋转轴旋转,使发电机发电。每片风叶依照顺序与中心圆筒边缘切点的直径,按照小于180度夹角(下文称之为:导向角),等称围绕固定于中心圆筒边缘。任何方向的风吹来,导向角作用改变了风叶片两侧风的“压力”,“压力”面受力大的面往“压力”面小的方向推进,使得伞形风叶旋转,这样就带动发电机旋转轴旋转。本实用新型的外部形状,好像一把大伞放置于烟囱顶部。由于烟囱式塔基内腔,安装一些发电设备,尚有空间,从其底部到顶部有一定的高度,会有“叭风”效应。在弱小风力状态,地面上升的气流,虽然微弱,也能够辅助伞形风叶旋转;在刮大风时又加速伞形风叶旋转。
本实用新型的有益效果是,充分合理利用伞形风叶、烟囱式塔基的形腔结构,多方向采集风力,提高风力发电效率。

具体实施方式:
图1中,风叶片(2)与中心圆筒(1)连接,固定座(4)将中心圆筒(1)与发电机旋转轴(5)紧配合连接在一起。发电机(7)与整流器(8)、电流分配器(9),组成电力收集、输出管理系统,对蓄电池(10)充电的同时输出发电机(7)多余的电力。烟囱式塔基(3)垂直架设在固定座(13)上面。固定座(13)水平放置于开阔的地面,也可以放置在建筑物顶部。烟囱式塔基(3)内部留有地表气流的流向路径(12),其顶部是开放的圆孔。中心圆筒(1)底部与烟囱式塔基(3)顶部是滑动连接。烟囱式塔基(3)内部,居中放置发电机(7)、整流器(8)、电流分配器(9)、蓄电池(10),留有足够大的空间,作为地表气流的流向路径(12)。由于温度、气压的变化,地表气流会通过风的流向路径(12)上升。加上风叶片(2)在烟囱式塔基顶部的“遮挡”作用,阻止刮大风时气流自上而下流动。中心圆筒(1)除了顶部、与风叶片(2)连接部分,都是镂空的。通风孔(11),位于烟囱式塔基(3)的接近固定座(13)处,便于地表气流从烟囱式塔基(3)内部,由风的流向路径(12)通过,流向顶部,再从中心圆筒的镂空处沿风叶片(2)的侧面流出,对风叶片(2)产生推力,有助于风叶片(2)向另外一侧偏移。
图2中,风叶片(19)与中心圆筒(17)的边缘连接,按照切点处圆直径与风叶片夹角小于180度安装,即形成一个导向角(18)。多个风叶片均依照这个方法顺序安装在中心圆筒的边缘,就形成多个导向角,整体上看,犹如一把大伞,所以将这个整体称之为伞形风叶。从烟囱式塔基内部流到其顶部的气流,通过出风口(16),吹向风叶片(19)。出风口(16)的地表气流与自然风(15)共同对风叶片(19)产生推力,使伞形风叶按照旋转方向(14)旋转。由于导向角(18)的作用,保证伞形风叶的旋转方向(14)保持一致,并且不会逆向。同样,多个出风口都有这样的地表气流作用,吹在风叶片的一侧,同时,也会受到多个风向自然风产生的推力,加速伞形风叶旋转。这样,提高了发电机旋转轴转速,也就是提高了风能的利用效率。

1.一种伞形烟囱式风力发电站,伞形风叶架设在烟囱式塔基顶部,其特征是:中心圆筒的边缘顺序连接多个风叶片,其切点处直径与风叶夹角小于180度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伞形烟囱式发电站,其特征是:中心圆筒与烟囱式塔基是滑动连接,与发电机旋转轴为紧配合连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伞形烟囱式发电站,其特征是:中心圆筒除顶部及风叶连接处,均是镂空。
4.根据权利要求1所述的伞形烟囱式发电站,其特征是:发电机、整流器、电流分配器、蓄电池在烟囱式塔基内居中安装,留有风的流向路径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的伞形烟囱式发电站,其特征是:烟囱式塔基接近固定座处,留有通风孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的伞形烟囱式发电站,其特征是:烟囱式塔基顶部是开放的圆孔。
