本实用新型涉及一种利用次声波测量油井液位和油井套管压力的仪器,特别涉及一种次声波回声装置。 
背景技术
油田开采中,由于地质条件十分复杂,油井内的液位和油井套管的压力很难确定,液面测试需要用打子弹的方法测量,测量效率很低,地质条件复杂的根本无法测量,工作效率十分低下。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种次声波回声装置,设备安全可靠,测量效率高。 
其技术方案是:主要是由微电脑手操器、液位回声仪、电脑、次声波发生器组成,次声波发生器连接液位回声仪,所述的液位回声仪连接微电脑手操器的输入端,微电脑手操器的输出端连接电脑。 
上述的微电脑手操器设有电源开关、加热开关、加热指示灯、显示屏和操作按钮。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:具有测量油井液位和油井套管压力的作用,该设备小巧轻便,易于携带和操作,测量液位时不用打子弹,只要用手轻轻一击便可直接测出液位,设备安全可靠,测量效率高。

本实用新型主要是由微电脑手操器1、液位回声仪2、电脑3、次声波发生器4组成,次声波发生器4连接液位回声仪2,所述的液位回声仪2连接微电脑手操器1的输入端,微电脑手操器1的输出端连接电脑3;所述的微电脑手操器1设有电源开关5、显示屏6、加热开关7、加热指示灯8和表面分布的多个操作按钮。
打开油井套管阀门,确认套管阀门没有损坏且没有井液喷出.关闭套管阀门.如套管内气压为零,需要使用次声发生器来连接液位回声仪的阀门,将液位回声仪接到油井套管上,打开套管阀门,用通讯电缆将液位回声仪与手持器相连接,打开手持器电源,设置手持器参数。按下微电脑手操器1上的ENTER键,开始液位测量发出一个声波信号,将液面波形进行分析存储,关闭手持器开关,拔下连接电缆,关闭套管阀门,按下阀门控制杆释放压力,将液位回声仪卸下,测试完毕将其与计算机连接进行数据分析。

1.一种次声波回声装置,其特征是:主要是由微电脑手操器(1)、液位回声仪(2)、电脑(3)、次声波发生器(4)组成,次声波发生器(4)连接液位回声仪(2),所述的液位回声仪(2)连接微电脑手操器(1)的输入端,微电脑手操器(1)的输出端连接电脑(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的次声波回声装置,其特征是:所述的微电脑手操器(1)设有电源开关(5)、显示屏(6)、加热开关(7)、加热指示灯(8)和操作按钮。
