背景技术
目前，随着社会经济生活的不断发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，人们对于生活的品质要求也越来越高，并开始热衷于户外休闲与各种体育运动，即带来了运动衣面料市场的极大繁荣。目前，纬编运动衣产品因手感比较柔软，拉伸弹性好，花型款式多样等原因，在运动衣面料品种中占绝对优势。但是，纬编产品也存在易抽丝，破损后易脱散等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种立体窗格经编运动面料，具有凹凸别致的窗格子效果，手感柔软、弹性好，且不会脱散，不易抽丝。
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是：一种立体窗格经编运动面料，由GB1、GB2、GB3三把梳栉编织而成，所述GB1为经平与经绒交织的变化组织，GB2为经绒，GB3为经平，所述GB1、GB2、GB3的纱线空穿方式GB1为 8穿8空，GB2为8空8穿，GB3为满穿。
作为一种优选，所述GB1、GB2为锦纶纱线，所述GB3为氨纶纱线。
本实用新型通过GB1经平与经绒交织，穿纱8穿8空；GB2经绒，穿纱8空8穿；GB3经平满穿的编织结构及纱线空穿工艺，制作为呈现立体窗格效果的坯布，经水洗、前定型、打卷、染色、烘干后整理，最后得到成品面料。在后整理过程中轧亲水性柔软剂和吸湿排汗助剂，在染缸中加抗菌助剂或根据客户的要求可添加功能性助剂。
本实用新型的有益效果是: 具有凹凸别致的窗格子效果， 凹部方格为延展线短平的经平组织，其余为经绒组织编织的花型，使织物的外观效果新颖，且弹性好、强度高、耐磨性好，手感柔软，不会脱散，不易抽丝。

结合图1、图2、图3所示，一种立体窗格经编运动面料，GB1、GB2为锦纶纱线，GB3为氨纶纱线。GB1为经平1与经绒2交织结合而成，穿纱8穿8空，GB2为经绒2，穿纱8空8穿，GB3为经平1满穿。

1.一种立体窗格经编运动面料，其特征在于：由GB1、GB2、GB3三把梳栉编织而成，所述GB1为经平（1）与经绒（2）交织的变化组织，GB2为经绒（2），GB3为经平（1），所述GB1、GB2、GB3的纱线空穿方式GB1为 8穿8空，GB2为8空8穿，GB3为满穿。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种立体窗格经编运动面料，其特征在于：所述GB1、GB2为锦纶纱线，所述GB3为氨纶纱线。
