下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述，如图1所示一种注入式中性笔，包括笔杆1，笔帽2，笔头3，笔杆下端的笔萼4，笔萼上的加油孔5，笔杆上的加油孔6和笔帽上的透气孔7，其特征是笔杆在笔萼部分凹下一部分，加油孔6在笔杆的凹下部分上，笔萼4可绕笔杆1的凹下部分旋转。当笔萼4上的加油孔5旋转至与笔杆1凹下部分上的加油孔6上下连通时，即可进行注入式加油；加油完毕，旋转笔萼4，使加油孔5和加油孔6不再连通，即可进行使用。
