背景技术
在医疗过程中循环使用的金属器械，需要消毒后才能继续使用，金属医疗器械通常采用干热灭菌箱进行灭菌处理。目前的干热灭菌箱通常是采用向箱体内循环输入高温空气，起到杀菌目的。采用这种形式灭菌时，需要的时间较长，并且箱体内部温度通常分布不均，导致局部灭菌效果较差。总而言之，目前的干热灭菌设备达不到高效、高质的技术要求。

为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构合理、灭菌效果好、效率快的干热灭菌箱。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种干热灭菌箱，包括一个箱体，箱体内设有内胆，内胆内设有多层托盘，内胆的上部与底部设有相通的风道，风道上设有循环风机，其特征在于：内胆内还设有一根来回弯折的热介质循环管，热介质循环管上设有加热器及循环泵，箱体的一侧面的内侧固定有控制器，侧面外侧设有若干操作按钮，循环风机、加热器、循环泵均与控制器相连。
本实用新型和以往技术相比，具有以下有益效果：可根据灭菌对象，来选用沸点不同的液体介质，当液体介质被加热后，在循环泵的作用下在热介质循环管内循环，并在循环风机、风道加速空气流动的情况下，内胆内的温度快速升高，达到杀菌、灭菌的效果；循环风机与风道可保证内胆内温度均匀，达到稳定的杀菌效果。本实用新型结构新颖，灭菌效果好，具有显著的实用意义。

参看附图，箱体6内设有内胆7，内胆7内设有多层托盘8；每层托盘8下方设有热介质循环管9，热介质循环管9上设有加热器2及循环泵4；内胆7的上部与底部设有相通的风道10，风道10上设有循环风机5；箱体6的一侧面的内侧固定有控制器1，侧面外侧设有若干操作按钮3；所述的循环风机5、加热器2、循环泵4均与控制器1相连。

1.一种干热灭菌箱，包括一个箱体，箱体内设有内胆，内胆内设有多层托盘，内胆的上部与底部设有相通的风道，风道上设有循环风机，其特征在于：内胆内还设有一根来回弯折的热介质循环管，热介质循环管上设有加热器及循环泵，箱体的一侧面的内侧固定有控制器，侧面外侧设有若干操作按钮，循环风机、加热器、循环泵均与控制器相连。
