背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高，营养价值丰富的鳝鱼进入了广大人们的食谱当中。但是，鳝鱼躯体细长，且其表面有一层粘膜，非常的滑溜。因此，宰杀鳝鱼是件麻烦、费时的事情。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种宰鳝鱼刀，利用它能方便、快速的在宰杀鳝鱼。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 
本宰鳝鱼刀包括：一个8字形环形框架[1]，在8字形环形框架[1]下面的环中配有一个窄刀片[2]。

具体实施方式 
参照图1，本实施例优先选用不锈钢片绕成一个8字形环形框架[1]，再在环形框架[1]下面的环中间焊接一个窄刀片[2]。在使用时，把环形框架[1]的上环套在手指上，另一只手把鳝鱼的头从环形框架[1]下面的环中塞过去，并迅速的从对面拉住鳝鱼的头，将其腹部对准窄刀片[2]的尖端，用力使窄刀片[2]尖端刺入鳝鱼的腹部，然后拉住鳝鱼的头往外一来，鳝鱼的腹部就全部被剖开了，再把内脏取出，鳝鱼就宰杀完毕了。整个过程一气呵成，非常迅速的完成了鳝鱼的宰杀过程。
