Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a handle, and a circuit breaker having the same, and more particularly, to a handle including an operation portion and a connection portion, and a circuit breaker having the same.
Background
When the circuit breaker (especially the molded case circuit breaker) is used, because the rated current of the circuit breaker is large (for example, 630A to 1600A), the size of the circuit breaker is also large, the spring is hard, and accordingly, the manual switch operation by using the handle is laborious.
In the prior art, the size of the operation part is small, and the operation part can only be operated by one hand, so when a user operates the handle, the large force which needs to be exerted on the operation part can generate enough moment to perform the opening and closing action, and because of this, extra tools are used for operation sometimes, which is difficult and inconvenient.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims at providing a handle convenient to manually operation.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a circuit breaker having a handle for facilitating manual operation.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a handle, comprising an operation portion and a connection portion, wherein the connection portion is connected to the operation portion at an end thereof, and the connection portion is vertically connected to the operation portion, and the length of the operation portion is suitable for two-hand operation. Because the length of the operation part can meet the requirement of using two hands to operate, no extra tool is needed, and the manual operation is convenient to realize.
In one embodiment, the operating portion is symmetrical about the distal end such that the hands can be placed apart and applied to the handle.
In one embodiment, the operating portion has a length of 25cm to 30cm, and the distance is greater than the width of both hands, so that two-hand operation can be achieved.
In one embodiment, an operating element may be connected to the other end of the connecting portion, and after the handle is connected to the operating element, the handle may reciprocate the operating element in a direction, and the extending direction of the operating portion is perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the operating element. After the handle is connected with the operating part, the operating part of the handle can be operated by hands, so that the operating part can also reciprocate correspondingly, and the force is easier to apply due to the fact that the extending direction of the operating part is perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the operating part.
In one embodiment, the operating part is in the form of a plate, which is easier to grip and thus to apply force.
As an implementation mode, the two ends of the operation part are provided with arc-shaped edges, and the arc-shaped edges are attractive and elegant, so that hands can be prevented from being injured during operation.
As an embodiment, the surface of the operation part has a slip prevention arrangement, which can prevent the hand from slipping during manual operation, and improve safety. In particular, the anti-slip arrangement may be a plurality of stripe protrusions or a plurality of dot protrusions parallel to the extending direction of the operation portion.
The utility model also provides a circuit breaker, especially moulded case circuit breaker, the circuit breaker has an operating parts, and the operating parts can be connected with any kind of above-mentioned handle, and the manual (especially both hands) operation circuit breaker of the user of being convenient for.

Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a handle 200, which comprises an operation part 20 and a connection part 10, wherein the connection part 10 extends along direction C, and the operation part 20 extends along direction D, it can be seen that direction C is perpendicular to direction D, that is, the connection part 10 is perpendicularly combined with the operation part 20 through one end 11 thereof.
The distance L1 of the connecting part 10 in the direction D is adapted to the size of the part to be connected, while the length (i.e. extension) of the connecting part 10 in the direction C determines the moment arm during operation, so that, without the moment arm being changed, the moment can be increased if a greater force can be exerted on the operating part.
For this purpose, the length L2 of the operation part 20 in the extending direction (i.e., direction D) of the operation part 20 is suitable for two-handed operation, and the length L2 is generally 25cm to 30cm and is suitable for two-handed holding. In particular, the operating parts may be arranged symmetrically along the end 11 of the connecting part 10 so that both hands can be placed on both sides of the connecting part to exert force together, increasing the force acting on the operating parts and thus the torque to the item to be operated.
To facilitate the use of the handle for operation, the other end 12 of the connecting member 10 may be connected to an operating member (not shown in fig. 1) which, when the handle 200 is connected thereto, is caused to reciprocate in a direction, which makes it easier to operate and apply force if the operating portion 20 extends in a direction perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the operating member 90.
The operating portion 20 may be configured in a plate shape, which is easier to grip and thus easier to apply force.
The two ends of the operation part 20 can be provided with arc-shaped edges 22, which are beautiful and elegant and can also avoid injuring the hands during operation.
In order to prevent the hand from slipping during operation, a slip-preventing arrangement may be provided on the surface of the operation portion 20 to increase the friction between the hand and the operation portion, such as a plurality of stripe protrusions 21 parallel to the extending direction D of the operation portion 20 in the slip-preventing arrangement shown in fig. 1, which are similar to steps, so that the friction between the hand and the surface of the operation portion is increased to avoid the phenomenon of slipping.
Fig. 2 also shows another anti-slip arrangement of the handle, namely a plurality of dot-shaped protrusions 23, which, like the embodiment of fig. 1, may also achieve the effect of increasing the friction.
The utility model also provides a circuit breaker, especially moulded case circuit breaker, the circuit breaker has an operating parts, and the operating parts can be connected with any kind of above-mentioned handle, and the manual (especially both hands) operation circuit breaker of the user of being convenient for.
As shown in fig. 3, the circuit breaker 100 has an operating member 90 on the body, and the operating member 90 itself can move to achieve the switching effect. Handle 200 is coupled to operator 90 through tip 12 in direction A using coupling means common in the art, such as nesting, etc.
As shown in fig. 4, in the circuit breaker 100 with the handle 200, since the operating element 90 (shown in fig. 3) can reciprocate along the direction B, when the operating element 90 (shown in fig. 3) needs to move along the direction B by using an external force, the operating portion 20 of the handle 200 can be operated by two hands, and since the distance between the connecting portion 10 and the circuit breaker 100 body is fixed, the moment applied to the circuit breaker 100 body can be increased by applying force to the operating portion 20 by two hands, so that the movement of the operating element 90 is realized by the two hands, the switching operation of the circuit breaker is realized, and other auxiliary tools do not need to be used.
It should be understood that although the present description has been described in terms of various embodiments, not every embodiment includes only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity purposes only, and those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments described herein may be combined as suitable to form other embodiments, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any equivalent changes, modifications and combinations that may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and principles of the invention should be considered within the scope of the invention.
