本实用新型涉及电感,具体涉及一种磁胶电感。 
背景技术
电感作为大量使用小型电源电感功率电感的设备,广泛应用在手机,HDD、DSC、DVC、便携式音响设备、笔记本电脑用ODD等设备上。上述设备对电感要求在保持小体积、重量轻的同时,也往往被要求可实现长时间的运行。在设备上由于所使用功能各异以及电路模块数量的增加,多个高效率开关DC-DC转换器被实际使用。也就是说在上述的小型设备中,高性能的电感器被要求更多的使用。另外,设备的小型化也要求使用进一步实现了小型化、薄型化的元件。但现有电感的磁芯与袖状磁芯之间会产生空气阀并形成涡旋电流。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型需解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、有效抑制涡旋电流的磁胶电感。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型设计出一种磁胶电感,包括铁氧体鼓型磁芯和线圈,所述的线圈绕在氧体鼓型磁芯,所述的线圈的外围包裹有磁胶层。 
所述的磁胶层为铁氧体粉末树脂层。 
本实用新型磁胶电感通过在线圈的外围包裹有铁氧体粉末树脂的磁胶层,其使用了鼓型磁芯形成的无袖构造电感产品,鼓状磁芯与袖状磁芯之间的空气阀不会再产生,涡旋电流得到了抑制,从而使交流抵抗被控制在了一个较小的范围内。同时由于是使用铁氧体粉末树脂来固定,可以满足小型设备所需的较强抗冲击性也得到了很大的强化。

如图1所示,一种磁胶电感的实施例。它包括铁氧体鼓型磁芯1和线圈2,所述的线圈2绕在氧体鼓型磁芯1,所述的线圈2的外围包裹有磁胶层3。所述的磁胶层3为铁氧体粉末树脂层。 
本实用新型结构设计简单独特,由两片磁芯及圆铜线组装即可。本实用新型的主要材料圆铜线及磁芯可通用,不同的感值要求可通过调整磁芯的厚度及磁胶的配比即可,而不用设入新的设备、模具进行制作,从而降低了研发费用及生产成本,具有很高的性价比优势。
