本实用新型公开了一种防结冰架空绝缘电缆,包括由导体及导体外的绝缘层构成的线芯,在所述线芯外设有疏水性高导热层。本实用新型所述的高疏水性、高导热性防结冰架空绝缘电缆适用于交流电压35kV及以下架空线路上作输送电能。不仅具有优异的电气性能、机械性能、耐热老化性能、耐环境应力和耐化学腐蚀性能的能力,而且结构简单、重量轻等特点,同时又具有良好的防结冰、除冰性能。在出现冰雪、冻雨天气情况下,能够实现电缆表面防结冰和除冰,保障输电安全运行。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电力电缆领域,具体是一种高疏水性、高导热性防结冰架空绝缘电缆。
背景技术
现有的电力架空绝缘电缆大多由导体和绝缘层构成,用于电力远距离传输。这种结构的架空绝缘电缆,在无冰雨、风雪的天气条件下,都能满足安全输电的要求。但在实际运行中,这种架空绝缘电缆在遭遇强降雪、冻雨天气的情况下,电缆表面会形成挂霜、覆冰和冰柱,甚至在架空绝缘电缆表面形成较厚度冰套,加大了架空绝缘电缆的自身重量,导致断线或杆塔折断,电路中断,给人民生活带来不便,也给国家造成巨大损失。因此,在冰雪、冻雨天气情况下,及时对架空绝缘电缆进行除霜、除冰,防止其表面结冰,就显得尤为重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高疏水性、高导热性防结冰架空绝缘电缆。
本实用新型所述的一种防结冰架空绝缘电缆,包括由导体及导体外的绝缘层构成的线芯,在所述线芯外设有疏水性高导热层。
上述的绝缘层厚度最好为0.1-0.3mm。
本实用新型是在普通架空绝缘电缆表面喷涂一种疏水性、高导热性材料,形成一层薄膜,由于该材料具有高疏水、高导热等特性,水与电缆表面没有任何吸附力,不会形成冰冻,而且电缆表面的少部份积雪和冰冻也会因电缆表面高导热层而融化。因此,水、冰和雪花均不会在电缆表面积累,从而避免或减少了电缆或杆塔被压断事故的发生,保证线路供电的正常运行。

如图1,本实用新型所述的防结冰架空绝缘电缆由导体1及导体外的绝缘层2构成线芯,线芯外表面通过喷涂一种疏水性、高导热性材料形成疏水性高导热层3。
本实用新型提供了一种具有高疏水性、高导热性的防结冰架空绝缘电缆的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部份均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种防结冰架空绝缘电缆,包括由导体(1)及导体外的绝缘层(2)构成的线芯,其特征在于所述线芯外设有疏水性高导热层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防结冰架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于,所述的绝缘层,厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
