本实用新型是一种断电指示管,用于单极空气开关的两端。 
背景技术:
现在普遍使用的空气开关、漏电断路器都要求每半个月或一个月必须用手拨一次例行检查,这实际上是做不到的,当它们老化或氧化生锈,就不能百分百准确跳闸到位。只有保险丝能做到百分百,因此保险丝将永远存在不能完全替代。在配电箱中除了漏电断路器外,单极空气开关也很普遍使用,因为漏电断路器太灵敏,是毫安级,空气开关是安级,照明电路一般是用单极空气开关,现在电源箱中都没有空气开关跳闸、断电指示器,当照明电路断电,一片漆黑,维修人员不知是室内还是室外的配电箱出问题,必须拿着手电筒从室内检查到室外,如果空气开关没有跳到位,就必须每个空气开关都拨一遍、检查一遍,这样费时、费力又影响没断电的电路工作。如果装上“断电指示管”就可以迅速、准确发现故障点,使电路恢复正常。 
发明内容:
为了单极空气开关跳闸或跳闸不到位时,在一片漆黑的 情况下,维修人员在远处,用眼就能直接判断故障点的准确位置。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在透明的塑料管装入一块等同长度的长条形线路板,板上安装一个110K欧姆电阻降压限流、串接一个整流二极管整流、串接一个正反向并联封装,只有两个引出脚的双色发光二极管,一个47UF耐压16V的电解电容与双色发光二极管并联,线路板上元件高度不大于塑料管内半径,用两根导线与单极空气开关的两端并接。当单极空气开关正常,“断电指示管”失电不工作,当单极空气开关跳闸、跳闸不到位时,电流经110K欧姆的电阻降压、限流,整流二极管整流,47UF耐压16V电解电容滤波(没有电容双色发光二极管只能发一种光,如红光),双色发光二极管、电路中的负载(一般家庭电路总并联电阻只有几十——几百欧姆,最多不会超过1-2千欧姆)构成回路,使双色发光二极管发出快速交替的两种彩光,如红蓝、红绿,在黑暗中异常醒目,引导维修人员迅速准确找到故障点,流经“断电指示管”的电流约2毫安,不会对维修人员构成威胁,也不会使电路中的电器工作,很安全。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:在断电时,即使是在黑暗中,维修人员能在较远的距离准确发现故障点,给排障提供了极大的方便,且“断电指示管”很经济,结构简单、耐用,易 于推广。

在图1、2中,1是单极空气开关,2是110K欧姆电阻,3是整流二极管(可用IN4007)4是47UF耐压16V电解电容,5是正反向并联(或称阳极与阳极、阴极与阴极并联)封装,只有两个引出脚的双色发光二极管,6是电路中的负载(各种电器、电灯等),7是透明塑料管。 
具体实施方式:
在图1、2中在单极空气开关的两端并接一串断电指示管。即一个110K欧姆的电阻串接一个整流二极管(IN4007)串接一个47UF耐压16V的电解电容与一个只有两个引线的双色发光二极管并联,它们安装在长条形的电路板上,装入透明的塑料管中,线路板宽度与塑料管内径相同,各元件高度不超过塑料管的内半径,引两根导线分别接在单极空气开关的两端,它可安装在单极空气开关的正上方或旁边。

1.一种断电指示管,其特征是:在透明的塑料管装入一块等同长度的长条形线路板,板上安装一个110K欧姆的电阻降压限流,串接一个整流二极管整流,串接一个正反向并联封装,只有两个引出脚的双色发光二极管、一个47UF耐压16V的电解电容滤波与双色发光二极管并联,线路板上元件高度不大于塑料管内半径,用两根导线引出与单极空气开关并接。
