本实用新型涉及化工原料制备过程中高温焙烧设备的技术领域。
背景技术
目前在化工领域中，多数会经过烧结的工序，烧结过程一般由烘干、挥发、高温焙烧等组成。而高温焙烧时，是将待焙烧材料送入转炉中，利用转炉进行焙烧，但是转炉产生的热量并没有被待焙烧材料完全吸收，造成加热时间长，能源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单，缩短加热时间，节约能源的高温焙烧装置。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种高温焙烧装置，包括转炉，转炉外壁的下部设置电阻丝，位于电阻丝上部的转炉的外壁设置保温层。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，与现有技术相比具有如下优点：本实用新型在转炉的外壁设置保温层，结构简单，使得电阻丝产生的热量能够完全被转炉吸收，缩短了转炉对待焙烧材料的加热时间，节约了能源。
