Abstract
The utility model relates to a fresh air device and a base station air conditioner employing the same and employs a split type design separating the fresh air device from an air conditioner body. In the scheme, the fresh air device and the air conditioner adopt an integrated structure design, and a fresh air pipeline is required to be independently arranged during installation, so that inconvenience is brought to the integral installation of the air conditioner.
Moreover, the communication base stations are more located in remote areas or around cities, which is not favorable for transportation and turnover of air conditioners with larger volume. When only the fresh air device breaks down and needs to be replaced, the whole air conditioner indoor unit needs to be maintained or disassembled, and waste of other parts and reinstallation cost is directly caused.

The other design aim is to simplify the installation of the whole air conditioner by independently installing and using the fresh air device.

an air door which is driven by an air door motor and controls the open-close state is arranged in the shell,

The state control of the fresh air device is determined according to the difference value between the set temperature of the air conditioner and the outdoor temperature. When the outdoor environment temperature is not higher than the set temperature of the air conditioner starting refrigeration mode, the fresh air device is started, the air door is opened by the air door motor, the opening angle of the air door is controlled, the outdoor low-temperature fresh air is directly guided into the indoor environment, the air conditioner refrigeration operation is not needed, and the temperature of the indoor environment of the base station reaches the use requirement.
Through the use of the fresh air device, the control mode of the operation of the whole air conditioner can be directly simplified, and the circuit complexity and the manufacturing cost of the air conditioner control panel are reduced.
When the new trend device structural damage and trouble appear, it is comparatively simple to direct dismantlement and maintenance of new trend device, and the cost in comparison with maintaining the air conditioner also greatly reduced.
The power consumption of the fan, the control panel and other parts of the fresh air device is low, and the electric energy consumed by the operation of the air conditioner can be obviously saved.
In order to improve the cleanness of the air introduced from the outdoor environment and avoid the influence of impurities such as sand grains and the like on the normal work of internal devices, the improvement measure can be adopted that a plurality of filter layers are arranged in the air inlet pipe.

The fresh air device and the air conditioner are assembled and installed, the fresh air device or the fresh air structure module is not embedded into the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the structure for leading in fresh air is still separated from the whole air conditioner, and the function realization and the state control of the fresh air device are still operated independently.
Therefore, the outdoor natural cold source is fully utilized to carry out base station indoor refrigeration, the outdoor base station indoor refrigeration system has strong practicability, can be transformed aiming at the existing base station, the fresh air device is added on the air conditioner without the fresh air function, the energy-saving and consumption-reducing transformation of all the base stations is realized more simply and conveniently, the transformation cost is lower, the existing air conditioner is not required to be changed or replaced, and the existing indoor installation structure and the interior decoration are not required to be greatly changed.
In order to facilitate the connection and installation of the fresh air device and the air conditioner, the fresh air device can be tightly installed at the top of the indoor unit.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fresh air device 12 of the present embodiment includes an air inlet pipe 1 penetrating through a wall 7 and a housing 3 having an air supply motor 2 therein. Wherein,
a damper 4 driven by a damper motor and controlled to be opened and closed is provided inside the casing 3.
An air supply outlet 5 is provided in the casing 3.
A plurality of filter layers 6 are provided in the air inlet duct 1.
The independently arranged fresh air device 12 can be independently produced, transported and installed and is determined according to the difference value between the set temperature of the air conditioner and the outdoor temperature.
When the outdoor environment temperature is not higher than the set temperature of the air conditioner opening refrigeration mode, the fresh air device 12 is opened, the air door 4 is completely opened by the air door motor or the opening angle of the air door 4 is controlled, so that outdoor low-temperature fresh air is filtered and cleaned by the filter layer 6 and guided into the indoor environment, and the air conditioner does not need to be refrigerated.
When the outdoor environment temperature is higher than the set temperature of the air conditioner opening refrigeration mode, the fresh air device 12 is closed, the air door 4 is still completely closed under the control of the air door motor at the moment, and the fresh air device 12 is isolated from the outdoor environment. Meanwhile, the air conditioner is started to perform refrigeration operation so as to maintain the low-temperature environment inside the base station and ensure the normal work of the communication equipment.

As shown in fig. 2, the base station air conditioner using the fresh air device includes an indoor unit 10 and an outdoor unit, and a fresh air device 12 is connected to a top air return opening 11 of the indoor unit 10.
The fresh air device 12 comprises an air inlet pipe 1 penetrating and mounted on the wall body 7 and a shell 3 with an air supply motor 2 arranged inside.
A damper 4 driven by a damper motor and controlled to be opened and closed is provided inside the casing 3.
An air supply outlet 5 is formed in the casing 3, and the air supply outlet 5 communicates with an air return opening 11 of the indoor unit 10.
According to the scheme of the combined installation of the fresh air device 12 and the air conditioner, the fresh air device 12 and the air conditioner are combined and installed and separately used, the fresh air device 12 is not embedded into the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the function realization and the state control of the fresh air device 12 and the air conditioner are still operated independently.

3. The base station air conditioner applying the fresh air device comprises an indoor unit (10) and an outdoor unit, and is characterized in that: a fresh air device is connected on the indoor unit (10),
the fresh air device comprises an air inlet pipe (1) which is arranged on a wall body (7) in a penetrating way and a shell (3) in which an air supply motor (2) is arranged;
an air door (4) which is driven by an air door motor and controls the open-close state is arranged in the shell (3);
an air supply outlet (5) is arranged on the shell (3);
the air supply outlet (5) is communicated with an air return inlet (11) of the indoor unit (10).
4. The base station air conditioner of claim 3, wherein: the fresh air device is fixedly arranged at the top of the indoor unit (10).
