背景技术
目前传统的摩擦对偶片装配性能差,装配精度不高,同时摩擦系数低,产品损耗快,摩擦盘散热性能差,无法有效把产生的热量及时的排出,造成摩擦片使用寿命降低。 
 发明内容 
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种散热速度快,配合精度高的用于大功率船用齿轮箱的摩擦对偶片。
   本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的: 
    一种用于大功率船用齿轮箱的摩擦对偶片,包括对偶钢片,所述的对偶钢片的中间为装配孔,所述的对偶钢片的边缘连续分布有装配齿。提高装配性能,提升使用效果。
   作为优选,所述的对偶钢片的边缘上均匀的设有6个装配套键,装配套键间分布有装配齿。 
   作为优选,所述的装配齿为渐开线齿。 
   因此,本实用新型的用于大功率船用齿轮箱的摩擦对偶片,结构简单,便于装配,使用寿命长。
