背景技术:
随着科技的发展,需要在海中增设海缆,作为传输电话和互联网的信号,现有的海缆用的钢丝上的镀锌层厚度为25~40um,厚度较低,钢丝容易腐蚀,影响钢丝的使用寿命,且镀锌层的厚度规格为185~290g/m2,使得钢丝不仅抗拉强度较低,且伸长率较低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种钢丝不易被腐蚀,使用寿命长,抗拉强度高,伸长率强的海缆用特厚镀层锌钢丝。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电梯用钢丝绳,包括纤维芯,纤维芯的外部围绕有八根外层股,外层股在一圆周上均匀设置,每根外层股由19根钢丝组成,外层股外围均匀设有镀锌层,且每根外层股的直径相同。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:镀锌层具有耐腐蚀的作用,而纤维芯增加了钢丝的抗拉强度,提高了钢丝的伸长率。
