本实用新型涉及一种滚轮,尤其一种开口槽式滚轮。
背景技术
我们知道,在液晶屏生产过程中需要用到传送流水线,传送流水线需要使用滚轮来运送液晶板或玻璃基板。为了使传送过程中运送平稳,就需要流水线上传送轴上的滚轮在传输轴上固定牢靠,不会产生左右移动和打滑。现有的滚轮主要有两种:螺丝固定式滚轮和涨紧套固定式滚轮,这两种滚轮在使用时普遍存在以下不足:螺丝固定式滚轮,是在传动轴上设有滚轮,滚轮一侧设有滚轮凸起,滚轮凸起上设有螺孔,螺丝穿过螺孔将滚轮固定在传动轴上。这种滚轮固定时是靠螺丝在滚轮凸起处从各个方向对传动轴施加力来固定的,一方面,由于滚轮的回转中心与传动轴的回转中心因为各个方向上螺丝施加的力不同所以会不同心,滚轮和传动轴不同心就会产生传输不平稳颠簸的现象,损坏传输产品。另一方面,在使用这种滚轮安装后会在传动轴的表面留下痕迹,对于以后更换滚轮或移动滚轮位置产生一定的影响。涨紧套固定式滚轮,是在传动轴上设有滚轮,滚轮内孔与传动轴之间上设有涨紧套,涨紧套于滚轮的内孔涨紧和传动轴夹紧。这种滚轮不需要设有凸起,涨紧套直接夹紧滚轮,但这种滚轮固定后如果需要更换滚轮或移动滚轮位置就比较麻烦,因为涨紧后的滚轮和涨紧套非常难拆卸。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是,解决上述现有滚轮的不足,提供一种可以保证工作时滚轮与传动轴的同心度,传输平稳,且安装、拆卸方便的开口槽式滚轮。
本实用新型的技术方案是,开口槽式滚轮,是在传动轴上设有滚轮,滚轮一侧设有凸起,主要结构特点是,凸起上设有开口槽,开口槽一侧的凸起上设有螺丝孔,另一侧的凸起上与螺丝孔相配合的设有螺纹孔,螺丝从螺丝孔穿入到螺纹孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于凸起上设有开口槽,开口槽一侧的凸起上设有螺丝孔,另一侧的凸起上与螺丝孔相配合的设有螺纹孔,螺丝从螺丝孔穿入到螺纹孔,使用时螺丝孔与螺纹孔相配合,拧紧螺丝,开口槽的间距变小,从而可以达到夹紧传动轴的目的,而且夹紧过程中,滚轮与传动轴保持同心,安装或拆卸时,只需要将螺丝拧紧或放松即可,方便易行。

如图1图2所示的开口槽式滚轮,是在传动轴1上设有滚轮2,滚轮2一侧设有凸起3,凸起3上设有开口槽4,开口槽4一侧的凸起上设有螺丝孔5,另一侧的凸起上与螺丝孔5相配合的设有螺纹孔6,螺丝7从螺丝孔穿入到螺纹孔。
