本实用新型涉及一种计量箱专用接地线线夹。
背景技术
现城区低压配合停电,计量箱接地主要在低压出线端夹上低压接地线,因为目前普遍应用的低压携带型短路接地线的导线端线夹,很难夹住计量箱低压出线端,容易出现脱落,不夹紧现象,导致接地效果不好,更带来安全隐患。再有,平时配合停电检修时用到的接地线主要有两种:螺旋式接地线和弹簧压紧式接地线,上述两种接地线挂设时由于接地线线柄过长,计量箱箱门无法合上,容易导致意外触电,并且影响美观。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种计量箱专用接地线线夹,使得计量箱挂设接地线的时间大大缩短,操作更简捷方便,更加安全,计量箱接地可靠率更高。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:计量箱专用接地线线夹,包括转轴、一对金属活动夹头,一对金属活动夹头通过所述转轴铰接,所述金属活动夹头的尾部套接有绝缘手柄,所述转轴上套设有扭簧,所述金属活动夹头的中部设有安装孔。
作为优选,所述金属活动夹头头部的内侧设有咬合口,以便夹持直径较大的电缆。
作为优选,所述安装孔的一端设有螺母安装槽,以防止螺母安装后影响线夹的夹持。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,接地线通过该线夹可以很方便地固定于计量箱的母排上,使得计量箱挂设接地线的时间大大缩短,操作更简捷方便,更加安全,计量箱接地可靠率更高。

使用时,用穿过所述金属活动夹头1中部的安装孔5的螺栓将接地线固定于金属活动夹头1上,将金属活动夹头1夹持到计量箱的母排上即可。本实用新型计量箱专用接地线线夹使得计量箱挂设接地线的时间大大缩短,操作更简捷方便,更加安全,计量箱接地可靠率更高。
