本实用新型涉及一种超薄型软包装电池,特别是一种超薄型软包装电池的折边结构。现有软包装电池封口后向内折边,对厚度在2mm以下的电池,由于电池倒角的影响,有效的封边宽度最多只能保留2.5mm。实践证明低于3mm的封边宽度会造成电池漏液,严重影响电池质量和密封安全性。本实用新型电池封边为“∏”形或“己”字形外折边,电池外折边宽度为3-5mm,同时满足了客户超薄尺寸和质量要求。

本实用新型涉及一种超薄型软包装电池,特别是一种超薄型软包装电池的折边结构。 
背景技术
如图3所示,现有软包装电池封口后向内折边,对于较厚的电池还好,在保证电池有效封边宽度达到3mm以上时,不会由于折边超高而影响电池的整体厚度;但对厚度在2mm以下的电池,如果按图2的内折边方式折边,由于电池倒角的影响,有效的封边宽度最多只能保留2.5mm。实践证明低于3mm的封边宽度会造成电池漏液,严重影响电池质量和密封安全性,因此向内折边根本不适合厚度在2mm以下的电池。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种超薄型软包装电池的折边结构,确保无论电池厚薄均能达到封边宽度在3mm以上。 
本实用新型技术方案:一种超薄型软包装电池的折边结构,电池封边为外折边; 
电池封边为“∏”形或“己”字形外折边;电池外折边宽度为3-5mm。 
本实用新型的外折边不受电池倒角的影响,有效的封边宽度可以保留到3-5mm,不仅可以将电池制作成符合客户要求的超薄尺寸,同时又能保证所封装电池不漏液,提高了电池的质量,确保了使用电池的安全性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型改电池内折边结构为外折边结构,小改动却解决了所封装电池漏液的大问题,稳定了电池质量,提高了使用电池的安全性。 
电池外折边宽度为3-5mm,比如厚度在1.5mm超薄电池其外折边宽度可以做到3.2mm。 
为方便加工电池,超薄型软包装电池的外折边通常设计成“∏”形或“己”字形,能使每一个超薄型软包装电池封边宽度都在3mm以上,同时满足了客户超薄尺寸和质量要求。
