背景技术
现有技术中,电缆采用圆柱形结构,将多根导体放置于一个外护套内,电缆的使用过程中,多根导体相互挤压,由于内部导体部分较为坚硬,会与其他部分发生挤压,会伤及导体部分或者其他部分。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型扁平电缆,可以很好的避免现有技术中电缆的线芯与其他部分之间的压力造成对线缆的损伤的问题。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种新型扁平型电缆,包括护套层、线芯、填充层,所述的护套层包裹所述的填充层,所述的填充层填充多根所述的线芯之间的间隙,所述的护套层为扁平型,多根所述的线芯平行排列。所述的线芯表面包裹绝缘层。所述的绝缘层外侧包裹屏蔽层。 
有益效果:本实用新型可以有效减少线芯之间的压力,增加电缆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1,实施例1提出一种新型扁平型电缆,包括护套层2、线芯1、填充 层3,护套层2包裹填充层3,填充层3填充多根线芯1之间的间隙,护套层2为扁平型,多根线芯1平行排列。线芯1表面包裹绝缘层4。绝缘层4外侧包裹屏蔽层5。由于线芯1之间采用水平排列,使线芯2间的接触面积达到最少,从而减少线芯之间的压力,从而增加电缆的使用寿命。

1.一种新型扁平型电缆,包括护套层(2)、线芯(1)、填充层(3),所述的护套层(2)包裹所述的填充层(3),所述的填充层(3)填充多根所述的线芯(1)之间的间隙,特征在于,所述的护套层(2)为扁平型,多根所述的线芯(1)平行排列。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型扁平型电缆,其特征在于,所述的线芯(1)表面包裹绝缘层(4)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种新型扁平型电缆,其特征在于,所述的绝缘层(4)外侧包裹屏蔽层(5)。
