背景技术
目前存在着因使用不同规格样品池要不断更换测量支架的问题,同时还因样品池位置放置不同的原因,引起的测量误差,因此有必要提供一种新型的测量用样品池支架。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种四氯化锗和四氯化硅红外测量用样品池支架,该支架操作简便、测量的准确性高。
为达到上述发明目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:

具体实施方式
实际使用时,先将两个底座1上的底座定位孔用四个螺钉固定在傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的样品区里,之后将两个支撑杆座6分别套在两个横梁3上,支撑杆外筒8与支撑杆座6焊接,支撑架11与内支撑杆10焊接,内支撑杆位于支撑杆外筒8中。
测量时先将空样品池放在支撑架上,调整两支撑杆相对位置,直至入射光能垂直通过样品池窗口中心位置,之后固定横梁固定孔4、固定孔7和固定螺母9,使整个支架固定,然后取样测量。

1.一种四氯化锗和四氯化硅红外测量用样品池支架,其特征在于:它包括:底座(1),一对横梁(3),横梁上的导轨与底座滑轨(5)配合,每个横梁上设有支撑杆,支撑杆带有支撑杆座(6),通过定位孔(7)将支撑杆固定在横梁上,支撑杆包括支撑杆外筒(8),筒中设有内支撑杆(10),以固定螺母(9)固定,内支撑杆端部设有用于放置柱状池体支撑架(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四氯化锗和四氯化硅红外测量用样品池支架,其特征在于:支撑杆座(6)套在横梁(3)上。
