Abstract
一种新型联体厌氧微生物培养皿,克服现在普遍培养皿在进行无菌接种时操作困难,不易控制和密闭效果差的缺陷,由皿盖、皿底、凹槽和连接轴构成,皿盖为圆形,皿盖侧壁两面均为磨沙面;皿底为稍小于皿盖的圆形,皿底侧壁外中间位置有一圈凹槽,皿底、凹槽内壁均为磨沙面;连接轴为圆柱形。皿盖由圆柱形连接轴与皿底相连,且可以自由调节皿盖与皿底的打开角度;皿盖盖到皿底上时正好嵌入凹槽内。由于接触的四个面均为磨沙面,所以起到了很好的密闭效果。本实用新型简单实用,操作简便、效率高、效果好、在实验室易推广。

本实用新型涉及一种新型联体厌氧微生物培养皿,尤其是能在较便捷的情况下进行接种且具有很好的密闭性。
背景技术
目前,普遍的培养皿是由皿底和皿盖分开的两部分组成,在进行无菌接种时由于需要用左手使皿盖和皿底打开较小的角度,所以操作起来非常困难,难以控制。且当所接菌种为厌氧菌时,密闭效果很差,使实验达不到预期的效果。
发明内容
为了克服现在普遍培养皿在进行无菌接种时操作困难,不易控制和密闭效果差的缺陷。本实用新型提供一种新型联体厌氧微生物培养皿,该培养皿在进行接种时操作简单便捷,皿盖与皿底打开角度易控制,且密闭效果好。在实验室具有很好的推广性。
技术方案:
本设计由皿盖、皿底、凹槽和连接轴构成,皿盖为圆形,皿盖侧壁两面均为磨沙面;皿底为稍小于皿盖的圆形,皿底侧壁外中间位置有一圈凹槽,皿底、凹槽内壁均为磨沙面;连接轴为圆柱形。皿盖由圆柱形连接轴与皿底相连,且可以自由调节皿盖与皿底的打开角度;皿盖盖到皿底上时正好嵌入凹槽内,由于其所接触的四个面均为磨沙面,所以起到了很好的密闭效果。
有益效果:
可以在进行接种时操作简单便捷,培养皿盖与皿底打开角度易控制,且密闭效果好,避免目前普遍培养皿在进行无菌接种时操作困难,不易控制和密闭效果差。该培养皿原理简单、易操作、效率高、效果好。

具体实施方式:
如图1-图2所示,皿盖1与皿底2通过连接轴4相连,皿盖1侧壁两面均为磨沙面,皿底2侧壁外中间位置有一圈凹槽3,凹槽3内壁也为磨沙面。
在使用该新型联体厌氧微生物培养皿进行无菌接种时,首先皿盖1与皿盖2通过连接轴4打开一个合适的角度,接种完毕后,盖上皿盖1,使皿盖1正好嵌入皿底2的凹槽3内,放置在一个合适的条件下进行培养即可。

1.一种新型联体厌氧微生物培养皿,由皿盖、皿底、凹槽和连接轴构成,其特征是:皿盖为圆形,皿盖侧壁两面均为磨沙面;皿底为稍小于皿盖的圆形,皿底侧壁外中间位置有一圈凹槽,皿底、凹槽内壁均为磨沙面;连接轴为圆柱形;皿盖由圆柱形连接轴与皿底相连,且可以自由调节皿盖与皿底的打开角度;皿盖盖到皿底上时正好嵌入凹槽内。
