为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种多功能铅笔刀，它包括刀片，所述刀片的一面上设有磨砂层，另一面上设有挡片。
在使用本实用新型削铅笔时，挡片可以收集铅笔屑，另外削好的铅笔芯可以直接在刀片的磨砂层上磨擦，无需寻找废纸进行摩擦。

在使用本实用新型削铅笔时，挡片3可以收集铅笔屑，另外削好的铅笔芯可以直接在刀片1的磨砂层2上磨擦。
