本实用新型属于变电站构支架砼保护帽施工模具。
背景技术
近年来在变电站工程中对变电站构支架砼保护帽的质量要求越来越高。砼保护帽作为构支架的散水，有大量的雨水在构支架上落下，对其砼保护帽的质量影响很大。如果长时间在构支架根部积水，会造成构支架根部生锈。从而影响构支架的质量，对变电站的运行存在很大的安全隐患。
砼保护帽通常采用木模板，木模支设繁琐，又无法保证统一构支架砼保护帽的尺寸。木模既耗材，又不易加固，很容易出现胀模及变形的现象。在拆模时，保护帽砼外表会出现脱皮等缺陷，造成返工，极大的影响了砼保护帽的外观质量。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了解决变电站构支架砼保护帽施工的技术难题。克服木模不易加固、胀模、变形及耗材等问题，提高砼的外观质量及施工工效。
为实现上述目的本实用新型采用以下的技术方案：

可以保证构支架砼保护帽表面平整、光滑、美观、无气泡等。棱角分明、线条流畅。钢模不胀模、不变形、重复使用。

参照附图1-3所示，其中：本实用新型的一种变电站构支架砼保护帽模具，该模具外形呈斜六角形，是由两块A、B模具扣合在一起，并通过螺栓穿过设在模具两侧边孔1加固组合成模具。

实施例1
为了提高地面以上部分构支架砼保护帽的外观质量，砼保护帽采用清水砼施工工艺，故而采用砼保护帽钢模具。钢模具制作成斜六角形，钢板厚度一般为3mm。钢模具大小根据构架的直径尺寸而确定，上口距构支架外边为80 mm, 下口距构支架外边为200 mm.变电站常用钢管及钢模具大小见下表

根据构支架钢管的大小按以上模具尺寸大小进行加工，钢模具采用螺栓加固，螺栓大小一般为12 mm。一侧加固点位三个点。在浇筑砼保护帽时检查钢模具是否有偏移，用钢模具顶面的螺丝杆顶到钢管上，保证构支架在圆形模板3中心。

1.一种变电站构支架砼保护帽模具，其特征是：该模具外形呈斜六角形，是由两块A、B模具扣合在一起，并通过螺栓穿过设在模具两侧边孔（1）加固组合成模具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站构支架砼保护帽模具，其特征是：在该模具的上口边缘处还分别设有两个定位螺丝杆孔（2）。
