本实用新型涉及一种工业用电用户的电力数据监控设备,以及由这些设备所构成的监控系统。
背景技术
就目前而言,随着经济和技术的提高,国内产业的不断扩大和升级,工业用电也在逐年增大,并且近年来经常伴随着“电荒”,时至今日,已经成为制约国内工业企业进一步发展的一个阻力,而这也是必影响国家各种行业的经济发展。
目前国内工业企业的用电情况,浪费问题很严重,监控不到位,管控分离。供电部门对用电用户的用电情况不能及时、清楚地掌握,所以一直以来不能很好的解决用电量大、电力浪费严重的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是基于上述问题,提供一种可以对工业用户的电力使用情况进行实时掌握、记录、跟踪的电力监控设备和由多个设备所组成的监控系统。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
工业用户电力监控系统,包括若干个与用户电力电表连接的采集终端,采集终端通过光纤、RJ45、CDMA、GPRS中的任意一种或多种组合的方式连接到交换机,并相应的在采集终端设置有光纤传输模块、RJ45通信模块、CDMA通信模块或GPRS通信模块的任意一种或多种,交换机上分别设置有光纤传输模块、RJ45通信模块、CDMA通信模块和GPRS通信模块,所述交换机连接到监控中心,所述监控中心包括固定工作站和移动工作站,固定工作站和移动工作站分别具有存储设备和显示设备,所述存储设备用于实时存储采集终端采集的用户用电数据,所述显示模块将用户用电数据通过表格或曲线的方式显示出来。
本技术方案,可以实现对工业用电用户的用电数据进行实时的跟踪、记录,使电力部门可以及时、全面的掌握每个用电用户的用电情况,并可以结合辅助的软件实现数据分析,特别是可以对多个不同用户进行统计和对比。
本技术方案提供的设备,支持带数字接口的电表、水表、燃气表、流量表、油表的数据采集。数据采集可通过拨号、网络、光纤等通道连接厂站端的采集终端。采集数据合法性及完备性检验,自动辨识并报警,记录异常数据,提供多种自动和手动的数据修补方法,并确保原始数据的不可修改性。
对监测范围内的主要设备的用电数据、用电状态进行监测,并以曲线、棒图等图形化方式展示。
特别是通过本技术方案,可以搜集可靠、有效、实时的电网大工业用户的用电数据,为后期进行大工业用户行业负荷特性分析做出了准备,提出对负荷特性优化的技术方案;对建立典型高耗能企业电能应用综合评估系统,打下了基础;实现采集用电数据,并可以通过相关的软件对电能效情况进行诊断和评估,提出节电方案,并进行成本效益分析;以及通过相关的软件系统,可以提出电力能效评估指标及评价方法,能效评估相关工作及管理标准;为用能阶梯电价提供数据支撑。
