Abstract
本实用新型名称为“板键分离式键盘”,涉及一种按键与电路板分离式结构的按键式键盘。公知的按键式键盘整体均为一体式结构,这种结构使得按键底部必须进入键盘内部与电路板或印刷电路接触,从而使键盘不易清洗和难以做到防水密封。为了解决上述缺陷,本实用新型设计一种将键盘制成按键区和主板区两个可拆卸组合的独立结构。按键区包括所有按键,为纯机械结构,提供机械功能。主板区提供所有电气功能。利用目前技术成熟的电容式开关,主板区很容易做成轻薄密封结构。而按键区不包含电路,所以解决了键盘的防水问题。按键区和主板区由锁扣、滑道或枢纽等结构实现拆卸组装,这样清洗键盘内部的灰尘问题也迎刃而解。

本实用新型涉及一种按键区与主板区域分成两个可拆卸组合的独立结构的按键式键盘(包括台式计算机键盘,笔记本电脑键盘,手机键盘,电视、空调、dvd遥控器键盘等)。本实用新型提供按键与主板区域拆卸组合功能,解决键盘难于清洗和不易防水的问题。
背景技术
目前公知的台式计算机键盘是由外壳、电路板、印刷电路(电容式开关)、按键、数据线、指示灯等组成,其中按键由于有不同制作工艺又包括键帽、支架、橡胶帽等构件,由外壳把各部件组合成一个整体。这种一体化键盘的按键底部一般直接进入键盘内部,按键之间的空隙使得键盘内部极易进入灰尘,防水更是非常困难。为了清洗键盘内部的灰尘,必须打开键盘外壳,把每个内部构件小心清洗擦拭,烘干后再重新组装。整个过程繁琐而且容易损害键盘。
发明内容
为了克服清洗困难和不易于防水的问题,本实用新型提供一种新型键盘设计方案,可以使清洗键盘变得简单方便、防水工艺易于实现。
本实用新型为解决其技术难题所采取的技术方案是按键区与主板区域设计成可拥有各自外壳的独立结构。把所有按键的机械部分组成单独的按键区,按键区为纯机械结构不含任何电路,提供所有机械功能;电路板、印刷电路、通讯模块、指示灯等组成主板区,实现所有电气功能。两部分通过扣锁、滑道、枢纽等结构组合,通过按键部分的触点与电路板区接触实现键盘功能。由于主板区不包含按键,所以易于做成防水防尘的封闭式结构。而按键区不包含电路,本身就不怕水,从而从根本上解决了防水防尘便于清洗的问题。

具体实施方式
本实用新型核心是把按键式键盘设计为图3所示的主板区和图4所示按键区两个独立结构。主板区和按键区拥有各自的外壳,两者由锁扣、滑道或枢纽结构实现组合拆卸或掀开关闭。主板区和按键区组合时通过按键区底部的按键触点与主板区表明的新刷电路相应位置接触实现按键的开合。按键区按键可以由不同结构制成,比如火山口结构、剪刀脚结构等。主板区可由电容式开关、薄膜式开关等工艺制成。
Claims (3)
1.一种板键分离式键盘,包含按键区和主板区,其特征在于键盘由按键区和主板区2个拥有各自外壳的独立结构组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的板键分离式键盘,其特征是所述键盘可以通过锁扣或滑道结构使按键区和主板区实现拆卸组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的板键分离式键盘,其特征在于所述键盘可以通过位于任意边的枢纽结构使按键区和主板区实现掀开关闭。
