Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种阵列式磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机底座。本实用新型包括转轴、底座、磁悬浮装置、发电机顶盖、基座、发电机、中心轴、轮毂、风机叶片、限位螺栓、轴套、平垫圈、弹簧垫圈和螺母。本实用新型转轴通过轮毂固定在底座上,轮毂固定于底座上,限位螺栓穿过轴套,轴套穿过中心轴与轮毂,中心轴与轮毂之间通过轴套实现同步转动,轮毂下部与发电机顶盖之间有磁悬浮装置,以减少摩擦并起支撑作用,风机叶片固定于转轴及底座上,通过叶片转动,带动转轴及底座转动,进而带动发电机中心轴转动,使发电机工作。本实用新型底座结构简单,装拆方便,定位可靠,且能够减少机构运行时的摩擦,提高效率。

本实用新型涉及一种阵列式磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机底座结构。 
背景技术
风力发电机作为一种清洁能源,应用前景广阔,近年来,越来越受到受关注。尽管风力发电机多种多样,但归纳起来可分为两类:水平轴风力发电机与垂直轴风力发电机。本实用新型应用于萨伏纽斯垂直轴风力发电机。萨伏纽斯垂直轴风力发电机发明于20世纪20年代,它有许多优点,譬如在风向改变时无需对风,结构简单,扭矩高,没有速度限制,可以在非常低的风速下启动。 
目前,由于风电仍属于新能源范畴,所以无论成本还是技术,同传统的火电、水电相比还有较大的差距,垂直轴风机的发展更显缓慢。常见的垂直轴风力发电机底座一般较为简单,由于多数结构中采用风机叶片直接和发电机中心轴相连的方式,这样使底座中的中心轴及支撑元件等受力性能差,各元件之间存在摩擦,噪声大,效率低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中中心轴及支撑元件受力性能差的缺陷,提供一种阵列式磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机底座结构。 
一种阵列式磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机底座,包括转轴、底座、磁悬浮装置、发电机顶盖、基座、发电机、中心轴、轮毂、风机叶片、限位螺栓、轴套;转轴通过轮毂固定在底座上,轮毂固定于底座上,中心轴穿过轮毂,轴套沿中心轴径向穿过中心轴,轮毂下部与发电机顶盖之间设有磁悬浮装置,风机叶片分别与转轴、底座固定连接,轮毂下部沿轴向开有长槽,中心轴上开有通孔,轴套可同时穿过长槽与通孔,限位螺栓穿过轴套。 
本实用新型由于底座结构的存在,使风机转子部分与发电机部分相对独立,便于更换元件,磁悬浮装置有利于减小摩擦,并能起到一定的支撑作用,改善中心轴的受力情况,轴套及限位螺栓起到连接转子部分与发电机部分的作用,结构简单,连接可靠,中心轴与轮毂之间有沿轴向的相对自由度,可根据磁悬浮装置 磁力的大小自行调整转子部分高度。本实用新型寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种阵列式磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机底座结构,包括转轴1、底座2、磁悬浮装置3、发电机顶盖4、基座5、发电机6、中心轴7、轮毂8、风机叶片9、限位螺栓10、轴套11、平垫圈12、弹簧垫圈13和螺母14;转轴1通过轮毂8固定在底座2上,保证转轴1沿竖直方向固定无偏斜,且与底座2之间无相对运动,轮毂8固定于底座2上,其连接方式为首先轮毂8下部插入底座2上与之配合的孔内,再通过螺纹连接紧固,中心轴7与轮毂8之间通过轴套11实现同步转动,轮毂8下部与发电机顶盖4之间有磁悬浮装置3,磁悬浮装置分别嵌入轮毂8下部及发电机顶盖上部,以对其固定,风机叶片9固定于转轴1及底座2上,通过叶片9转动,带动转轴1及底座2转动,进而带动发电机中心轴7转动,使发电机6工作。 
如图3所示,轮毂8下部,沿轴向开有长槽,中心轴7上开有通孔,轴套11同时穿过长槽与通孔,实现中心轴7的轴向定位,并保证中心轴7与轮毂8之间有沿轴向的相对自由度,使风机可根据磁悬浮装置磁力的大小自行调整转子部分的高度。 
如图4所示,限位螺栓10穿过轴套11,螺母14一侧同时使用平垫圈12及弹簧垫圈13,以实现螺纹连接的防松,并通过螺栓10头部和螺母14,对轴套11进行轴向定位,防止轴套11从轮毂8中窜出。

1.一种阵列式磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机底座,其特征在于包括转轴(1)、底座(2)、磁悬浮装置(3)、发电机顶盖(4)、基座(5)、发电机(6)、中心轴(7)、轮毂(8)、风机叶片(9)、限位螺栓(10)、轴套(11);转轴(1)通过轮毂(8)固定在底座(2)上,轮毂(8)固定于底座(2)上,中心轴(7)穿过轮毂(8),轴套(11)沿中心轴(7)径向穿过中心轴(7),轮毂(8)下部与发电机顶盖(4)之间设有磁悬浮装置(3),风机叶片(9)分别与转轴(1)、底座(2)固定连接,轮毂(8)下部沿轴向开有长槽,中心轴(7)上开有通孔,轴套(11)可同时穿过长槽与通孔,限位螺栓(10)穿过轴套(11)。
