本实用新型涉及一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:包括软质的沼气袋,沼气袋置于可拆卸壳体内,加料法兰接口或加料装置设于可拆卸壳体上,加料法兰接口或加料装置与沼气袋相连,可上下移动的排料管悬挂于可拆卸壳体上。本实用新型的有益效果是:可利用家庭剩饭菜、腐烂瓜果等有机垃圾进行加料,产生沼气;沼气压力可调且稳定;进出料方式多样化;装置可随时拆卸以便移动或安放;且使用方便,经济实用。

一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置,尤其是一种可拆装的沼气发生装置。
背景技术
目前,沼气发生装置以在地下用水泥混凝土建造的沼气池为主,其缺陷:一是建造成本高、施工周期长、密封性较差;二是利用率不高,由于其容积固定,池内压力出现反复变化,导致气源压力不够稳定,且当气压与外界相等时,池内仍有一部分沼气无法排出使用;三是无法随需要搬迁。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种沼气发生装置,其安装方便,且可拆卸,便于移动和运输,同时,结构简单实用、安全可靠,且成本低,使得所提供的沼气发生装置可以选择多种进排料方式,以满足不同用户的需求。本实用新型的进一步的目的,是使得所提供的沼气发生装置可以使输出的沼气压力按用户需求调整,且保持以该压力输出。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:包括软质的沼气袋,沼气袋置于可拆卸壳体内,加料法兰接口或加料装置设于可拆卸壳体上,加料法兰接口或加料装置与沼气袋相连,可上下移动的排料管悬挂于可拆卸壳体上。
进一步,所述可拆卸壳体包括框架,所述加料法兰接口或加料装置通过加料连接板设于框架上,所述排料管与设置在排料连接板上的排料接口法兰相连。
在所述框架的四周及底部设有护板。
在所述框架的顶部设有弹性盖板。
挂钩的一端勾住所述框架,另一端将所述弹性盖板撑住。
所述弹性盖板为透光结构。
所述弹性盖板为拱形。
所述框架由万能角钢连接而成。
在所述弹性盖板与所述沼气袋之间设有在所述框架上可上下移动的配重架,在所述框架上设有用于限位所述配重架的限位装置。
所述配重架的底面为网面。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可利用家庭剩饭菜、腐烂瓜果等有机垃圾进行加料,产生沼气;沼气压力可调且稳定;进出料方式多样化;装置可随时拆卸以便移动或安放;且使用方便,经济实用。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型更明显易懂,兹以一优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,为使沼气储存有良好的密封性,较高的利用率,本实用新型选择了一种软质的沼气袋3。沼气袋3置于由万能角钢连接而成的框架8内。框架8四周及底部有护板9连接,既增加了框架2的强度,又对沼气袋3起到了保护作用。在框架8的顶部则安装有弹性盖板1,挂钩12的一端勾住框架8的万能角钢,另一端将弹性盖板1撑住,由挂钩12限位后自然形成拱形,以保护沼气袋3不被明火、尖物等损坏,且弹性盖板1是可透光的,有助于沼气的产生。
在沼气袋3的进口及出口分别设有一个进口法兰和一个出料法兰11,将其分别与加料连接板5-1及排料连接板5-2连接。加料连接板5-1及排料连接板5-2安装于框架8上,其位置可上下左右调节。为满足不用原料的加料方式,加料连接板5-1可连接加料法兰接口,也可以连接进料斗7。通过进料斗7可直接加料,或者将管道连接加料法兰接口后可输入流性原料。为使输出沼气的压力符合要求,将出料管10绳索悬挂于框架8上,使出料管10的液面与沼气袋3液面产生高度差以形成压力。若需排料,则可将出料管10放低,等沼液排完后取下,清理内部沼渣。
为使输出的压力保持稳定,在沼气袋3上方安置配重架2,配重架2内放置一水袋或其他重物,配重架2由轴承做导向,确保在框架8内上下移动。在框架8中间设有限位点,以避免配重架2下降过度将沼液等挤出沼气袋3。配重架2底面为网面,受力后形成弧形,使重物重心保持在网面中心,确保配重盒不侧翻。

1.一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:包括软质的沼气袋(3),沼气袋(3)置于可拆卸壳体内,加料法兰接口或加料装置设于可拆卸壳体上,加料法兰接口或加料装置与沼气袋(3)相连,可上下移动的排料管(10)悬挂于可拆卸壳体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述可拆卸壳体包括框架(8),所述加料法兰接口或加料装置通过加料连接板(5-1)设于框架(8)上,所述排料管(10)与设置在排料连接板(5-2)上的排料接口法兰(11)相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:在所述框架(8)的四周及底部设有护板(9)。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:在所述框架(8)的顶部设有弹性盖板(1)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:挂钩(12)的一端勾住所述框架(8),另一端将所述弹性盖板(1)撑住。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述弹性盖板(1)为透光结构。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述弹性盖板(1)为拱形。
8.如权利要求2所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述框架(8)由万能角钢连接而成。
9.如权利要求4所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:在所述弹性盖板(1)与所述沼气袋(3)之间设有在所述框架(8)上可上下移动的配重架(2),在所述框架(8)上设有用于限位所述配重架(2)的限位装置。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种家用有机垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述配重架(2)的底面为网面。
