本实用新型涉及机械设备的技术领域,尤其涉及一种配料装置。 
背景技术
目前,配料室配料采用人工挖料然后称取的方式,极其耗费体力,且造成粉尘多,对生产环境也不好。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种有效降低工人劳动强度、改善生产环境的配料装置。 
解决上述问题的技术方案是:这种配料装置,料仓的侧壁连接吸嘴的一端和罗茨真空泵,吸嘴的另一端放在物料腔中,料仓的下侧设有下料装置,料仓中设有除尘器、料位计和吸料控制装置。
由于采用了罗茨真空泵将物料从物料腔吸入料仓,并且吸料控制装置通过料位计的信号确定是否吸料,当料位计测得料仓中快无料时开始吸料,当料位计测得料仓快满时停止吸料,所以该配料装置有效降低了工人劳动强度、改善了生产环境。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,这种配料装置,料仓1的侧壁连接吸嘴2的一端和罗茨真空泵4,吸嘴2的另一端放在物料腔3中,料仓1的下侧设有下料装置,料仓1中设有除尘器、料位计和吸料控制装置(图中未示出)。 
优选地,下料装置包括螺旋送料器5、下料控制装置(图中未示出)和 电子秤6,螺旋送料器与料仓相连,下料控制装置在螺旋送料器中,电子秤在螺旋送料器的下方。当电子秤上的物料达到规定值时,下料控制装置控制螺旋送料器停止送料。 
本实用新型采用了罗茨真空泵将物料从物料腔吸入料仓,并且吸料控制装置通过料位计的信号确定是否吸料,当料位计测得料仓中快无料时开始吸料,当料位计测得料仓快满时停止吸料,所以该配料装置有效降低了工人劳动强度、改善了生产环境。并且当电子秤上的物料达到规定值时,下料控制装置控制螺旋送料器停止送料,这样称料也实现了自动化。

1.一种配料装置,其特征在于:料仓(1)的侧壁连接吸嘴(2)的一端和罗茨真空泵(4),吸嘴(2)的另一端放在物料腔(3)中,料仓(1)的下侧设有下料装置,料仓(1)中设有除尘器、料位计和吸料控制装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配料装置,其特征在于:下料装置包括螺旋送料器(5)、下料控制装置和电子秤(6),螺旋送料器与料仓相连,下料控制装置在螺旋送料器中,电子秤在螺旋送料器的下方。
