Abstract
本实用新型涉及医疗卫生器械领域，是一种用于耳鼻喉科内镜清洗消毒槽。目前，使用的内镜清洗消毒槽槽体不统一，只能清洗消毒同种内镜，既浪费时间又浪费人力，劳动强度大、操作繁琐。本实用新型的目的是研制一种耳鼻喉科内镜清洗消毒槽。结构是在由木质材料制作的长方体槽体(1)在纵向用隔板分成一大一小的两个腔体；在该较大的腔体中，横向分隔成4个小长方形槽体，槽体隔板上有U型口(5)和进水孔(4)。优点和效果是消毒槽制作简单成本低廉，操作简单，省时省力，不占面积，临床实验，受到临床医生护士欢迎及管理者的肯定。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗卫生器械领域，是一种用于耳鼻喉科内镜清洗消毒槽。
二、背景技术
内镜是临床上常用的医疗检查仪器，在耳鼻喉科主要有鼻内窥镜及喉镜，其由插入体内的镜身及置于体外的操纵部和导光缆组成。由于插入体内的镜身直接与喉部组织接触，粘附有大量粘液、血液和组织碎屑，使用后必须经过严格清洗和消毒才能再用于其他人的检查，否则会引起疾病的传播和交叉感染。我国目前使用的清洗消毒槽槽体大小不统一，有各种各样的结构，对多种规格的内镜需要多次分批次的清洗消毒，既浪费时间又浪费人力，劳动强度大、操作繁琐。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是研制一种耳鼻喉科内镜清洗消毒槽。解决上述背景技术中存在的问题，克服目前国内清洗消毒槽的缺点，达到用统一的清洗消毒槽进行日常内镜清洗消毒的效果，而且能在同一时间对四种不同规格的或者同种规格的内镜清洗消毒的目的。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：为了方便理解技术，同时参看附图，图中零部件标号用括号表示。
耳鼻喉科内镜清洗消毒槽，由消毒槽一侧连接折叠式的槽盖组成，其特征是：在消毒槽中，由木质材料制作的长方体槽体(1)在纵向用隔板分成一大一小的两个腔体；在该较大的腔体中，横向分隔成4个小长方形槽体(1-1)、(1-2)、(1-3)和(1-4)，这每一个小长方形槽体中，上端部有一个呈斜坡状的台阶，隔板上边中部开有使放入内镜消毒定位的U型口(5)和对应的进水孔(4)，各个小长方形槽体尾端底部设有与下水管连接的下水孔(2)；在长方体槽体(1)小的腔体中，安装排列的各个自来水阀手柄(3)对应各个U型口(5)。
本实用新型的优点和效果：消毒槽制作简单成本低廉，操作简单，省时省力，不占面积，临床实验，受到临床医生护士欢迎及管理者的肯定。

图中标号说明：1.槽体，1-1.小长方形槽体，1-2.小长方形槽体，1-3.小长方形槽体，1-4.小长方形槽体，2.下水孔，3.自来水阀手柄，4.进水孔，5.U型口。
五、具体实施方式
参看附图1-2，消毒槽全部采用木质材料制作，整体结构由槽体1上有下水孔2、自来水阀手柄3、进水孔4、U型口5和槽盖组成(各个图中省略槽盖)；槽体1在纵向分成一大一小的两个腔体；该较大的腔体被横向分隔成四个小长方形槽体1-1、1-2、1-3和1-4；这四个小长方形槽体头端隔板上分别有四个U型口5和四个进水孔4，四个进水孔4分别与四个自来水管相连，各个自来水管垂直上方安有自来水阀手柄3；各槽尾端底部设有下水孔2与排水管连接；槽体1上(或头)端隔板上各个U型口5可将内镜的操纵部固定；这每一个小长方形槽体中，上端部有一个台阶，台阶呈斜坡状，可加快流动水的排出，实际上只要是一个斜坡也行。槽盖可防止消毒液被污染，同时防止清洗液及消毒液乱溅；
工作过程：
1、每次使用完内镜后，护士立即接过内镜，用湿纱布擦去外表面污物，并反复送气与送水至少10秒钟。将其操纵部放于消毒槽U型口5中固定，插入部放入对应的小长方形槽体1-1中，打开自来水阀手柄3，在流动水下彻底冲洗，清洗完后，打开下水孔2，让自来水完全排干后，将下水孔2关上，用于纱布反复擦洗镜身，擦干后同时进行管道吸引，然后倒入酶剂使之完全浸泡，同时反复用注射器抽吸约100ml酶剂，进行全管道酶洗，酶洗完成后，左手持内镜操作部，右手将插入部从槽1-1中取出，放置在末洗干燥平台上，重复上述干燥过程。
2、按上述方法依次完成初洗→干燥→酶洗→干燥→末洗→干燥→消毒→干燥的过程后，即完成了整个清洗消毒程序。
