本实用新型所取得的有益效果为：使用本实用新型伏案办公时，以教师为例，当伏案批阅学生作业时整个上部身体前倾，由于坐板和椅座之间设置有四个压簧，坐板和靠板与人体相配合也向前倾斜，这样办公的老师上部身体可保持直立，始终保持正确的坐姿，可有效降低颈椎病和腰肌劳损的发生。

如图1所示为本实用新型的一种实施例，它包括设置有四个支腿的椅座2以及通过四个压簧3和椅座2相连接的坐板1，所述的坐板1和靠板连接为一体。使用本实用新型伏案办公时，以教师为例，当伏案批阅学生作业时整个上部身体前倾，由于坐板1和椅座2之间设置有四个压簧3，坐板1和靠板与人体相配合也向前倾斜，这样办公的老师上部身体可保持直立，始终保持正确的坐姿，可有效降低颈椎病和腰肌劳损的发生。
