本实用新型涉及卷材裁切装置,具体涉及一种用于切割塑料膜卷材的裁切装置。
背景技术
目前,大卷塑料膜卷材多采用车床挑边、圆刀片裁切技术,这种方式有以下缺陷:1.容易出现端面粘连,使得解卷困难或端面出现凹凸不平的现象;2.极易发生端面凸出的现象,对于中间裁切的卷材不易分开;3.容易夹住圆刀片,甚至对刀片造成损坏。综合以上原因,可以看出传统卷材裁切装置工作效率较低,结构有待改进。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑料膜卷材裁切装置,其能够避免卷材端面粘连、凸出,容易夹住刀片等问题,工作效率提高,从而消除上述背景技术中缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
塑料膜卷材裁切装置,包括由动力装置驱动的刀轴和安装在刀轴上的刀片,与传统塑料膜卷材裁切装置的显著区别在于,所述刀片为圆盘锯片,所述圆盘锯片设置防护罩。
作为一种改进,所述防护罩上设置润滑剂喷嘴,该润滑剂喷嘴连接柔性管,并利用柔性管连接润滑剂喷吐装置,可以向圆盘锯片喷吐润滑剂。
本实用新型由于采用了以上结构,具有以下有益效果:
1.能够利用圆盘锯片上锯齿之间的间隙实现锯末的吐出,并利用防护罩防止锯末飞溅,从而避免了塑料膜卷材端面粘连的现象;
2.圆盘锯片切割时,可以使两段塑料膜卷材之间的缝隙变大,因而从中间切裁的卷材容易分开;
3.设置了润滑剂喷嘴,在切裁的同时向圆盘锯片喷吐润滑剂,能够实现圆盘锯片的降温润滑,避免了夹刀现象。

如图1和图2所示,塑料膜卷材裁切装置,包括由动力装置驱动的刀轴1和安装在刀轴1上的刀片,本实施例中,所述刀片为圆盘锯片2,所述圆盘锯片2设置防护罩3。所述防护罩3上设置润滑剂喷嘴4,该润滑剂喷嘴4连接柔性导管5,并利用柔性管5连接润滑剂喷吐装置,实现向圆盘锯片2喷吐润滑剂。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体实施方式,一切基于本实用新型的技术构思,所作出的结构上的改进,均落入本实用新型的保护范围之中。
