背景技术
婴儿体格发育很快，其身高、体重的增长速度是人一生中第一个快速增长期。婴儿身高的增长速度可反映婴儿的营养状况，因此，婴儿期每月需要测量其身长。由于婴儿不能独自站立，不会行走，又不能配合等原因，所以，1周岁以内的婴儿身高的测量需要在卧位状态下进行。现有技术中虽然有测量婴儿身高的测量装置，但是大多操作不灵活，费时费力。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术，本实用新型提供了一种可调式婴儿身高测量仪，其结构简单，操作方便灵活，十分好用。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种可调式婴儿身高测量仪，包括底板、头部挡板、后挡板和移动挡板，其中，底板下设有支撑腿，头部挡板和后挡板均设在底板上，移动挡板下方设有两个滚轮，底板上设有两条轨道，滚轮与轨道接触连接；移动挡板上设有刻度。
所述移动挡板上方设有卡扣。
所述底板、头部挡板、后挡板、移动挡板均为木质材料，底板上可以用绒布包裹，以增加舒适感。
使用时，操作者站在测量仪前，将婴儿平躺在测量仪的底板上，头顶紧贴头部挡板，左手把婴儿的下肢伸直，右手推动移动挡板，使婴儿的脚底与移动挡板垂直紧贴，然后将卡扣扣在后挡板上，从而将移动挡板固定住，不使其晃动，此时，从后挡板的刻度上读取身高值即可。
本实用新型通过滚轮在轨道上滚动来实现移动挡板的移动，灵活方便，省时省力。婴儿躺在铺有绒布的底板上，很舒适。本实用新型具有结构简单、操作方便灵活、读取数值准确等优点，具有很高的临床应用价值。

一种可调式婴儿身高测量仪，包括底板1、头部挡板2、后挡板3和移动挡板4，如图1所示，其中，底板1下设有支撑腿5，头部挡板2和后挡板3均设在底板上1，移动挡板4下方设有两个滚轮6，底板1上设有两条轨道7，滚轮6与轨道7接触连接；移动挡板4上设有刻度8。
所述移动挡板4上方设有卡扣9。
所述底板1、头部挡板2、后挡板3、移动挡板4均为木质材料，底板1上用绒布包裹，以增加舒适感。
使用时，操作者站在测量仪前，将婴儿平躺在测量仪的底板1上，头顶紧贴头部挡板2，左手把婴儿的下肢伸直，右手推动移动挡板4，使婴儿的脚底与移动挡板4垂直紧贴，然后将卡扣9扣在后挡板3上，从而将移动挡板4固定住，不使其晃动，此时，从后挡板3的刻度8上读取身高值即可。
