本实用新型提供一种光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,和电网相连接,包括依次串联的断路器、直流滤波器(EMI)、逆变器模块、升压变压器、滤波电抗器、交流滤波器(EMI)其特征在于滤波电抗器和交流滤波器(EMI)之间还接入电容器组,所述的电容器组组成星形电路,每个支路设置一个电容器,所述的断路器为直流断路器,所述的逆变器模块为三相IGBT功率模块。本实用新型的装置大降低了电路中谐波对电网的影响,避免造成电网电压的波动,保证并网后的电网质量,星形接线的电容器组结构简单、经济实用。

本实用新型涉及一种光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,属于光伏发电并网技术领域。
背景技术
随着人类社会的发展,能源、环境成为当今人类生存和发展所要解决的紧迫问题,低碳经济已经成为全球经济发展的大势所趋,太阳能发电以其清洁、安装区域广、有望实现平价上网而成为最具前景的新能源,随着太阳能光伏发电产业规模的不断扩大,光伏逆变器市场将迎来良好发展机遇。。
随着光伏发电电量在电网比例的增加,并网的光伏逆变器,如30KW光伏并网逆变器使用许多电子元件,在逆变器将直流转换为交流的过程中,不可避免地会产生谐波、三相电流不平衡,输出功率不确定性易造成电网电压波动、闪变,由于30KW光伏并网逆变器发电电流较小,以前人们往往都忽略了谐波的影响,但是这样谐波电流全部注入到了电网,同样会造成电网电压的波动,影响并网后的电网质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,可以滤除谐波,避免造成电网电压的波动,保证并网后的电网质量。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的方案是:一种光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,包括依次串联的断路器、直流滤波器(EMI)、逆变器模块、升压变压器、滤波电抗器、交流滤波器(EMI),所述的滤波电抗器和交流滤波器(EMI)之间还接入电容器组,电容器组为电容器组成的星形电路,每个支路设置一个电容器。
进一步,所述的断路器为直流断路器。
进一步,所述的逆变器模块为三相IGBT功率模块。
本实用新型的有益效果是:所述的断路器通过开合来控制太阳能电池板与电路的连接,所述的直流滤波器对光伏电流进行滤波,所述的逆变器模块对光伏电流逆变,发出交流电,所述的升压变压器来升高逆变后的电流电压,所述的交流滤波器(EMI)对交流电进行滤波,所述的电容器组对电路中的高次谐滤进行过滤。本实用新型的装置大降低了电路中谐波对电网的影响,避免造成电网电压的波动,保证并网后的电网质量,星形接线的电容器组结构简单、经济实用。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1知,本实用新型的一种光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,和电网10相连接,其装置包括依次串联的断路器1、直流滤波器(EMI)2、逆变器模块3、升压变压器4、滤波电抗器5、交流滤波器(EMI)7,所述的滤波电抗器5和交流滤波器(EMI)7之间还接入电容器组6,电容器组6为电容器组成的星形电路,每个支路设置一个电容器,断路器1为直流断路器,逆变器模块3为三相IGBT功率模块。
本实用新型的装置通过直流断路器1来控制分合光伏电流,直流(EMI)2来对光伏电流进行滤波,来达到光伏电流波形的平稳,这样流入三相IGBT功率模块3的波形就比较平稳不至于损坏功率器件。三相IGBT功率模块为逆变器3,经过逆变器3发出交流电压和电流时,也伴随着谐波的产生,这时需滤波电抗器5来对电压和电流进行滤波,再加上星型电容器组6,使逆变器3发出的电能质量提高,再加上交流(EMI)7防止电磁干扰提高系统的抗干扰性能。

1.一种光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,包括依次串联的断路器、直流滤波器(EMI)、逆变器模块、升压变压器、滤波电抗器、交流滤波器(EMI),其特征在于滤波电抗器和交流滤波器(EMI)之间还接入电容器组,所述的电容器组组成星形电路,每个支路设置一个电容器。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,其特征在于:所述的断路器为直流断路器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光伏并网逆变器的吸收和补偿装置,其特征在于:所述的逆变器模块为三相IGBT功率模块。
