本实用新型涉及一种高频无极灯具,确切的说是一种无极灯具的安装连接导热装置。
背景技术:
高频无极灯是一种没有灯丝的灯,它由高频功率发生器、功率耦合器和无极放电灯泡组成,通电后由高频电源产生高频电流,经功率耦合器感应线圈产生功率电磁场,耦合感应至玻壳凹腔体内,使灯泡玻壳体内的惰性气体电离,产生紫外线轰击荧光气体发光,由于电磁耦合的损耗和在电光转化的过程中会产生大量的热量,需要把灯泡体内的热量导出,才能保证系统高效可靠的工作。传统的导热棒是将铜棒铆合的铝合金的底座上,加工制成导热棒,在导热棒的上方套有耐高温塑料构件,再在塑料构件上绕制线圈,由于塑料构件与铝合金底座材质的差异,结合力不可靠,常因导热性能差,产生高温而烧坏,且加工工艺复杂,铜资源有限,价格昂贵,生产成本高而制约了无极灯的推广使用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是克服上述缺陷,提供一种散热迅速,耐高温,价格低,寿命长的导热棒,以节约资源,降低生产成本,便于大批量生产,普及推广使用。
本实用新型的方案是由导热棒柱、底座、散热架、导热管组成,在 底座的上端设有导热棒柱,导热棒柱与底座连为一体,导热棒柱的上端设有绝缘套,绝缘套上设有感应线圈,感应线圈与高频电源连接,导热棒柱的外侧装有圆型散热架,散热架的外侧设有支撑杆、里侧设有导热管,支撑杆的底端设有挂接钩,底座的底侧制有挂接槽,挂接槽的上端设有固定螺丝钉。安装时,将散热架放入底座内,旋转散热架把支撑杆挂接钩置于挂接槽内,拧紧固定螺丝钉,将散热架固定在底座上,再将导热棒柱置于无极灯放电灯泡的凹腔内,来自灯泡的热量由散热架及导热管吸收导出,保持良好的导热效果。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单,设计合理,导热效果明显,使用寿命长。
