本实用新型公开了一种环保领域再生清洁能源控制装置,特别是一种太阳能沼气物料加热控制器。该实用新型是由太阳能集热器(1)物料加热控制器(3)、厌氧发酵反应器(17)等三部分组成。物料加热控制器(3)是长方体卧式铁箱,内部中间设有水夹槽(10),两侧和水夹层(9)连通,太阳能集热器(1)选择模块工程型,固定在支架上,厌氧发酵反应器是一个铁制圆柱型罐体。三部分有机结合为一体。该实用新型具有物料加热速度快,产气量大、造价低、无污染,实现我国北方一年四季高温发酵产气等优点。

Description

太阳能沼气物料加热控制器
[技术领域]本实用新型涉及一种环保领域再生清洁能源控制装置。特别是在我国北方严寒季节,能使发酵物料通过太阳能热水得到快速增温的一种生产沼气的装置。
[背景技术]目前,我国北方农村应用的“四位一体”的沼气池工程已有十多年的历史。在示范推广过程中暴露出来的主要问题是受北方冬季严寒气候的影响很少产气或不产气。沼气池冻裂现象也时有发生。产气少或不产气的根本问题是发酵设备温度过低,夏季仅靠自然升温维持产气。虽然近期我国北方引进北京、浙江、四川、山东及德国等沼气工程技术,但在冬季严寒气候条件下,这些沼气工程因没有快速增温装置照样处于闲置状态,也有的安装太阳能,但要依靠电力辅助或煤碳增温装置,这实际已失去沼气节能环保的意义。
[发明内容]本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足而提供一种有效的加热控制装置,以确保全年生产沼气。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,该实用新型是由太阳能集热器、物料加热控制器、厌氧发酵反应器等三部分组成。其物料加热控制器是长方体卧式铁箱,内部中间设有水夹槽,按箱体长展每20cm设有一个水夹槽,两侧和水夹层连通。物料加热控制器内部两侧和底部设有水夹层,其中底部水夹层和两侧的水夹层中的一侧相通,太阳能进水管设在物料加热控制器的一侧水夹层上端,出水管设在另一侧水夹层下端的控制器下部,设有物料循环管,其进口固定在物料加热控制器内底部一侧一端,出口固定在物料加热控制器体外一端与物料循环泵进口连接,在物料加热控制器体外还设有物料循环泵,其出口和物料循环进料口连接。
其太阳能集热器选择模块工程型太阳能集热器,不设储水桶,太阳能固定支架上,太阳能出水管与物料加热控制器上端进水管相连接,太阳能水循环泵进口与物料加热控制器出水管相连接,太阳能水循环泵出水口与太阳能进水管连接。
其厌氧发酵反应器上部设有观察口、安全阀、沼气管、压力表,出料端设有排料口、排砂口,罐体外部设有保温层,厌氧反应器进料端设有进料管,进料口与输料泵相连接。
本实用新型由于采用太阳能热源与物料加热控制器相结合具有物料加热速度快、产气量大、造价低、无污染,实现我国北方一年四季高温发酵产气等优点。

[具体实施方式]从图1中可知本实用新型由太阳能集热器1、物料加热控制器3厌氧发酵反应器17等三部分组成。太阳能集热器1选择模块工程型太阳能集热器1将其固定在支架上,太阳能出水管2与物料加热控制器3上端进水管4相连接,太阳能水循环泵13进口与物料加热控制器3出水管11相连接,太阳能水循环泵13出水口与太阳能进水管14连接。物料加热控制器制成长方体卧式铁箱,内部中间设有水夹槽10按箱体长度20cm设有一个水夹槽10两侧和水夹层连通。物料加热控制器1内部两侧和底部设水夹层9,其中底部水夹层9和两侧水夹层9,一侧相通,进水管4设在物料加热控制器3的一侧水夹层,上端,出水管11设在另一侧水夹层9下端的物料加热控制器下部,设有物料循环管其进口8固定在物料加热控制器3内一端,出口固定在物料加热控制器3体外一端与物料循环泵7进口连接,在物料加热控制器体外还设有物料循环泵7其出口和物料管8进料口6连接。厌氧发酵反应器17是个铁制圆柱型罐体,厌氧发酵反应器17上部设有观察口19、安全阀20、沼汽管21、压力表22,出料口端设有排料口23、排砂口24,罐体外部设有保温层18,厌氧发酵反应器17进料端设有进料管16,进料管16进口与输料泵15相连接。
在使用时,太阳能集热器1通过出水管2进入物料加热控制器3上端的进水管4,经过物料加热控制器3内两侧水夹层9及水夹槽10通过水夹层9及水夹槽10通过底部水夹层9的出水管11,由太阳能循环泵13返回太阳能集热器1,同时,物料经过物料循环管8通过物料循环泵7把物料经过物料循环进料口5返回物料加热控制器3内,当物料温度达到规定要求时(38℃~60℃)停止物料循环泵7,启动输料泵15,物料通过厌氧发酵反应器进料管16进入厌氧发酵反应器17中发酵生产沼气。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能沼气物料加热控制器由太阳能集热器(1)、物料加热控制器(3)、厌氧发酵反应器(17)三部分组成,其特征在于其物料加热控制器(3)是长方体卧式铁箱,内部中间设有水夹槽(10)按箱体长度每20cm设有一个水夹槽(10)两侧和水夹层(9)连通,物料加热控制器(3)内部两侧和底部设有水夹层(9)其中底部水夹层(9)和两侧的水夹层中的一侧相通,进水管设在物料加热控制器的一侧水夹层(9)上端,出水管(11)设在另一侧水夹层(9)下端的控制器下部,设有物料循环管(8)其进口固定在物料加热控制器(3)内底部一侧一端,出口固定在物料加热控制器(3)体外一端与物料循环泵(7)进口连接。在物料加热控制器(3)体外还设有物料循环泵(7)其出口和物料循环进料口连接。
2.根据权利1所述的太阳能沼气物料加热控制器(3),其特征在于太阳能集热器选择模块工程型太阳能集热器(1),固定在支架上,太阳能出水管(2)与物料加热控制器(3)上端进水管(4)连接,太阳能水循环泵(13)进口与物料加热控制器(3)出水管(11)相连接,太阳能水循环泵(13)出口与太阳能进水管(14)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能沼气物料加热控制器(3),其特征在于厌氧发酵反应器(17)是一个铁制圆柱型罐体,厌氧发酵反应器(17)上部设有观察口(19)、安全阀(20)、沼气管(21)、压力表(22)出料端设有排料口(23)、排砂口(24),罐体外部设有保温层(18),厌氧反应器(17)进料端设有进料管(16),进料口与输料泵(15)连接。
