本实用新型主要包括两个等大的半环状板体，两板体的侧边通过转轴连接，并在其对应轴的侧边设有卡扣；在板体的表面设有与手部相吻合的槽孔，且在槽孔内设有海绵垫。
最好在板体的表面设有电子表。
本实用新型在使用时，人们可将购物袋的提手部分置于半环状板体内部，然后利用卡扣固定，板体表面槽孔内的海绵垫，能在人们拎较重物品时，增加舒适度，不会出现勒手的现象；板体表面的电子表便于人们掌握时间。
