本实用新型涉及一种陶瓷工艺品，特别涉及一种粉末涂料装饰的陶瓷工艺品。
背景技术
采用瓷釉装饰的陶瓷工艺品具有较高的价值，如结晶釉、唐三彩等，作为收藏品的陶瓷工艺品原作，绝大多数采用硅酸盐类材料的装饰。而大批量生产，包括我国目前大批量出口的陶瓷工艺品，其价格不高，采用瓷釉装饰后加上烧成处理，能耗和成本很难下降。近20年来，在我国，特别是广东陶瓷产区，已大量地采用有机涂料对艺术陶瓷进行装饰，目前采用的有机涂料基本为硝基漆、聚脂漆等，加入溶剂的涂料对陶瓷工艺品装饰后，虽然可以生产出特殊风格的产品，但质感较差、涂层耐磨性差，而且残留令人讨厌的油漆味，生产成本也不低，既不经济也不环保。
发明内容
为克服上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种粉末涂料装饰的陶瓷工艺品。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种粉末涂料装饰的陶瓷工艺品，包括工艺品本体，其特征在于，在工艺品本体的表面设有粉末涂料层。
所述工艺品本体是花瓶、花盆、人物或动植物等。
所述粉末涂料层是环氧树脂型粉末涂料层或聚酯树脂型粉末涂料层。
在本实用新型产品的生产过程中，粉末涂料经静电喷涂至工艺品本体上，再加热烘烤熔融固化，使其在工艺品本体的表面形成平整光亮的永久性涂料层。
本实用新型的陶瓷工艺品，外观上可以达到瓷釉装饰的效果，同时在生产过程中能消除挥发性气味、降低生产成本，既节能又环保，这将是陶瓷工艺品生产企业今后的发展方向。
