本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服传统热水瓶盖的不足，提供一种开、扣盖便捷且防止内盖污染的新型热水瓶盖。

一种新型热水瓶盖，包括内盖和外盖，内盖为一个实心的软木塞，外盖为一个圆筒，内盖的顶端连接固定在外盖顶壁内侧的中心处。

由于本新型热水瓶盖的内盖和外盖连接固定在一起，内盖处在外盖的罩护之下，因此不但开盖、扣盖一次完成，使用便捷，并且在开盖倒水的过程中，外盖能防护内盖免受灰尘等其它物质的污染，有利于人们的饮水卫生。
