本实用新型公开了一种滤波柜,柜体正面的上部设有仪表盘、旋钮开关、控制按钮和指示灯;柜体正面的中部为柜门;柜体内部设有变压器、低压母线以及并联的多条LC滤波支路;变压器的高压侧接滤波柜的电网进线,多条LC滤波支路并接在低压母线上。该滤波柜结构紧凑、滤波效果好、节能环保。

本实用新型涉及一种滤波柜。
技术背景
谐波对电气设备危害很大,它可导致电容器过流损坏,电动机力矩不稳,继电保护装置误动作,计算机等家用和办公电器发生故障。
产生谐波的电气设备主要有晶闸管整流设备和变频装置,家用电器如电视机和荧光灯也产生谐波电流。
当谐波电流超出标准允许值,或者当电气设备受到干扰时,应采取必要的技术措施,抑制谐波干扰。
解决谐波问题的最有效的方法是安装滤波设备,将谐波电流完全或部分吸收,以保障电气设备安全运行,同时提高功率因数。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种滤波柜,该滤波柜结构紧凑、滤波效果好、节能环保。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:
一种滤波柜,柜体正面的上部设有仪表盘、旋钮开关、控制按钮和指示灯;柜体正面的中部为柜门;
柜体内部设有变压器、低压母线以及并联的多条LC滤波支路;变压器的高压侧接滤波柜的电网进线,多条LC滤波支路并接在低压母线上。
柜体正面的下侧设有多条散热槽。
有益效果:
本实用新型的滤波柜,结构紧凑、外形美观,易于手动控制和读数,操作方便。
另外,滤波柜的柜内采用多条LC滤波支路进行滤波,且LC滤波支路的谐振频率存在差异,以便于滤除多种谐波,另外,滤波支路可以通过开关切除或链接,灵活性好。由于LC滤波支路的存在,能显著提高系统的功率因素,减少损耗,因此,本实用新型的滤波柜节能效果良好。

实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,一种滤波柜,柜体正面的上部设有仪表盘、旋钮开关、控制按钮和指示灯;柜体正面的中部为柜门;柜体内部设有变压器、低压母线以及并联的多条LC滤波支路;变压器的高压侧接滤波柜的电网进线,多条LC滤波支路并接在低压母线上。柜体正面的下侧设有多条散热槽。
所述的电网为10KV电网,低压母线为0.4KV母线,所述的LC滤波支路的一端经开关接低压母线,LC滤波支路的另一端接滤波柜低压侧主回路的中性线。
具体连接方式为:LC滤波支路由电抗器和电容串接而成,电抗器的一端接电容的正极,电抗器的另一端通过开关K1与低压母线相接,电容的负极接滤波柜低压侧主回路的中性线。
LC滤波支路根据谐振频率不同,有250Hz谐振频率滤波支路(至于电感和电容值如何选择,属于现有技术)、350Hz谐振频率滤波支路以及550Hz谐振频率滤波支路。250Hz谐振频率滤波支路有2条,2条250Hz谐振频率滤波支路的电容能通过开关K2的闭合实现并接。

在本实施例中的LC滤波支路投入使用前,电压总畸变率最大为8.9%,超出国标GB/T14549-1993规定的限值5%,谐波电流主要集中在5次、7次、11次,均超过国标的规定。投入本实用新型的滤波柜后,电压总畸变率最大为3.5%,低于国标规定的限值5%。

1.一种滤波柜,其特征在于,柜体正面的上部设有仪表盘、旋钮开关、控制按钮和指示灯;柜体正面的中部为柜门;
柜体内部设有变压器、低压母线以及并联的多条LC滤波支路;变压器的高压侧接滤波柜的电网进线,多条LC滤波支路并接在低压母线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤波柜,其特征在于,柜体正面的下侧设有多条散热槽。
