背景技术：目前，在气象监测部门所使用的雨量监测器主要由镀锌板承雨器、漏斗、储水桶、玻璃储水瓶和量杯构成，它虽然使用效果不错，但由于造价高、部件多、计量和存储不方便，也只能应用于气象站内，不适合乡镇降水量监测，给气象监测工作人员增加了极大的工作难度。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种在监测雨量时，造价低、部件少、计量和存储方便，且能避免水量蒸发的雨量监测器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括锥形集雨罩、玻璃透明量杯和底座，其特征是在锥形集雨罩底部设有弹力板，弹力板上设有密封塞。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，在监测雨量时，造价低、部件少、计量和存储方便，且能避免水量蒸发，减轻了气象监测工作人员的工作难度。
