Abstract

一种能够提高平板太阳能热水器集热效率和降低热量散失的新型热管平板太阳能集热器，通过对普通平板太阳能集热器的整体结构进行调整，将储热水箱集成到集热平板的后上部。其次，将吸收层上的传热部件更换成三种长度不等的金属热管，达到充分的换热效果。集热部件为金属热管，直插在与其配套的储水水箱中，美化了产品的外观，提高了产品的集热效率，减少了热量散失。

本实用新型涉及一种新型热管平板太阳能集热器，总体提高了平板太阳能热水系统的集热效率，减少了产品的热量散失。
背景技术
目前平板太阳能集热器通过吸热体上盘管内水的自然对流换热进行能量传递，传递效率比较低，而且在水质不好的地方，换热管道在高温下产生大量水垢，容易遭成管道堵塞，无光照情况下，储热水箱内的热量通过集热器内的盘管散失很快。
发明内容
为了解决目前市场上平板太阳能热水系统存在的弊端，本实用新型涉及一种新型热管平板太阳能集热器，在产品在大小不变的情况下增加了有效的采光面积，提高了产品集热部件的换热效率，延长了产品的使用寿命，改善了平板太阳能热水夜间散热大的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：首先，通过对普通平板太阳能集热器的整体结构进行调整，将储热水箱集成到集热平板的后上部。其次，将吸收层上的传热部件更换成三种长度不等的金属热管，达到充分的换热效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是新型热管平板太阳能集热器，增加了有效的采光面积，同时将普通的对流换热转变为液体相变后的传导换热，提高了产品集热部件的换热效率，而且在无光照时，热量不会通过相变过程逆向传导，水箱内的热量只能通过管壁微弱的传导散热，这样改善了平板太阳能热水器夜间散热大的问题，管内不走水不会产生水垢，延长了产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
在图2中，将储热水箱(1)与集热部件后盖(6)的顶部进行连接，将金属热管(2)插进储热水箱(1)的上部、中部和下部，储热水箱保温层(5)和集热部件保温层(7)起保温作用，金属热管(2)附着在吸热层(4)上，保证热量的吸收和传导，金属热管(2)伸进储热水箱(1)的部分为换热部分，将其吸收的热量以传导换热的方式传给储热水箱(1)中的水，使储热水箱(1)中的水得到加热。
