背景技术
在化工、机械、冶金等行业的生产过程中,有些高速运转的机构接触的介质或气流达几百度甚至上千度,此种工矿环境下对机器零部件(特别是主轴)的材质要求极为苛刻,常用的解决方法是选用价格昂贵的耐热合金钢或引入空气或水进行冷却,以保证轴的使用功能,这些处理办法存在投资大、配套设备多、环境污染等不利因素。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了克服高速旋转轴存在的上述缺陷,解决在高温工况下高速旋转轴材质要求较高且易弯曲、变形等问题,而提供一种能够耐高温、可长时间高速运转的高速旋转轴。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的。
一种耐高温高速旋转轴,本实用新型将轴体设置为空心结构,其轴体分为三段,中间段采用厚壁管,两端轴头为薄壁管;在轴的两端薄壁管内孔段同向设置有2~8块呈螺旋状的叶片。
本实用新型的有益效果是,轴体在高速旋转过程中,依靠轴体的空心结构和两端内孔同向安装呈螺旋状的叶片产生的空气流动,自我冷却,能够在低成本情况下在高温状态里长时间高速运转。
本实用新型不改变传统对轴的结构设计,不需配套附属设备、不增大投资、不增大主机功率,靠主轴的自身结构而实现自然冷却,降低主轴对材质的要求和延长使用寿命。
本实用新型高速轴在保证强度、刚度的条件下,可根据轴的具体结构适当加大内孔直径。整根轴空心采用同径孔,两端轴头为圆钢钻孔,解决了轴在制造工艺上的困难。

见图1,一种耐高温高速旋转轴,本实用新型将轴体1设置为空心结构,其轴体1分为三段,中间段2采用厚壁管,两端轴头3为薄壁管;在轴的两端薄壁管内孔段4同向设置有2~8块呈螺旋状的叶片5,本实施例为4块叶片。本实用新型核心内容是在轴体1的两端内孔同向安装呈螺旋状的叶片,形成风机叶轮状靠主机轴的高速旋转形成一个小型引风机,从外部环境中不断吸入冷空气对轴实现自冷,改善了高温工况条件,可降低材质的要求或大幅度提高轴的实用寿命,抵制高温影响而弯曲、蠕变等问题。
