本实用新型的技术方案是：一种新型智能化建筑模块，包括骨架以及智能墙体升级系统，所述的智能墙体升级系统包括遥控部分和机械部分，所述的机械部分为一条伸缩杆，伸缩杆的一端通过销轴连接于骨架上，另一端连接于升降墙体上。
优选的是：所述的新型智能化建筑模块的内层为保温隔热材料。
优选的是：所述的内层保温隔热材料横向与纵向的结合处由直角拐头固定。
