本实用新型为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
发光楼梯，在楼梯台阶表面粘贴有机电致发光膜，有机电致发光膜连接电源驱动器，电源驱动器连接一个后备电源。
本实用新型发光楼梯，通过在楼梯台阶表面粘贴有机电致发光膜，通过后备电源的供电，可以使整个楼梯表面闪闪发光，不仅可以提供通行照明，还可以凸显整个楼梯雍容华贵的气质，可以广泛应用于家装等领域。另外，由于有机电致发光膜为冷光源，故而不存散热的问题。有机电致发光膜，其耗电量仅为普通日光灯的二十分之一，因此可以大幅度降低电能的消耗，对节能减排具有重大的意义。

有机电致发光膜2，由于具有高强度的韧性，可以随意踩踏，不会因长期使用，导致使用寿命的缩短。
