 本实用新型涉及一种填料塔内支撑填料的装置，具体的说是一种能防止填料掉落和边缘泄漏的填料塔填料支撑装置。
背景技术
目前使用的填料塔的填料支撑装置采用PVC加强杆直接穿过栅板，在物料进料后由于温度的上升，栅板各自有轻微的变形导致栅板之间的缝隙变大，填料容易掉落，另外，由于所有格栅以及上端填料及物料承重全部负重于该栅板之上，三根PVC拉杆的强度不够，导致拉杆经常断裂，出现填料垮塌的现象。并且在使用时物料容易沿格栅边缘流过，导致塔节漏液严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的缺陷和不足，为人们提供一种能防止填料掉落和边缘泄漏的填料塔填料支撑装置。
为实现上述目的本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：该填料塔的填料支撑装置包括栅板以及加强筋，所述的加强筋固定于一支撑圈内，在栅板与加强筋的相对位置分别开设置凹口并相互扣合，栅板和加强筋的扣合处通过焊接固定。
所述的栅板外沿底部固定安装有分布器。
本实用新型由于加强筋与栅板间开凹口互扣后焊接，使栅板的抗压强度大大增加，解决了栅板容易变形问题，有效地防止了填料掉落，并且栅底部增加再分布器，使液相物料进行再分布，杜绝了边缘泄漏问题，提高各塔节填料的吸收效果。具有结构简单、安装方便、成本低的优点，不仅降低了检修频率，也降低了安全的风险。

如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型为一种填料塔的填料支撑装置，它包括栅板1以及加强筋2，所述的加强筋2固定于一支撑圈3内，可以避免加强筋2折弯,增加加强筋2的强度。在栅板1与加强筋2的相对位置分别开设置凹口并相互扣合，栅板1和加强筋2的扣合处通过焊接固定，使栅板1的抗压强度大大增加，解决了栅板1容易变形问题，有效地防止了填料掉落。所述的栅板1外沿底部固定安装有分布器4，使液相物料进行再分布，杜绝了边缘泄漏问题，提高各塔节填料的吸收效果。具有结构简单、安装方便、成本低的优点，不仅降低了检修频率，也降低了安全的风险。

1. 一种填料塔的填料支撑装置，它包括栅板（1）以及加强筋（2），其特征在于所述的加强筋（2）固定于一支撑圈（3）内，在栅板（1）与加强筋（2）的相对位置分别开设置凹口并相互扣合，栅板（1）和加强筋（2）的扣合处通过焊接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填料塔的填料支撑装置，其特征在于所述的栅板（1）外沿底部固定安装有分布器（4）。
