本实用新型提供的定标活体取样钳,前端有一对钳头,两只钳头相合后呈封闭的空心异形球状,刃口在钳头前沿,所说刃口[2]呈锯齿形且两只钳头[1]上的刃口锯齿交错啮合。本实用新型提供的定标活体取样钳,以交错的锯齿状刃口替代平的或有台阶相交的刃口,在咬合时有齿相互导向而自动纠正因钳的铰接轴间隙而导致的错位。与现有技术相比,本实用新型由于几乎没有对腔体内壁的拉扯,不仅取样对象的痛苦小,而且取样成功率高,同时对腔壁固定粘膜的损伤也小。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种定标活体取样钳,尤其是钳头刃口的形状,属人类生活必需之保健、救生中活组织切除钳技术领域。
背景技术
定标活体取样钳是附加在内窥镜前端的用于从人或其他动物内腔中切取活体检样或切除病变组织的工具。以往的定标活体取样钳都是四连杆结构的,一对连杆相铰接为钳,前两支呈勺状作钳头,后两支与另一对连杆前端连接,后一对连杆后端铰接后与操纵线连接,由操纵线和钳上弹簧作用使两钳头开合。所说钳头前沿有刃口,两钳头闭合后为封闭的“壳”,使可以切取对象物并将切得物含于钳头内取出。但在实际应用中这种刃口不能紧密地闭合,使取样时对组织不能完全切离而在取出时产生撕扯,加剧了对象的痛苦并可能对被检对象造成伤害,如粘膜损伤。为此有人对该刃口进行了改进,如中国实用新型专利200720036717.7“活体取样钳”的结构是“包括左、右钳头,左、右钳头的中部铰接在枢轴上,它们的一端与对应的驱动部件相连,另一端相互呈开合结构,所述的左、右钳头的开合端分别设有相互对插配合的台阶面。”这种结构虽然双刃可以对插不会留有与刃口垂直的缝隙,但由于四连杆机构在开合时不可避免的错动,会在双刃之间有平行与穿插平面的缝隙,这一缝隙同样不能将组织完全切断而产生撕扯。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型就是要提供一种切割完全,取样时不产生撕扯的定标活体取样钳。
本实用新型提供的定标活体取样钳,前端有一对钳头,两只钳头相合后呈封闭的空心异形球状,刃口在钳头前沿,所说刃口呈锯齿形且两只钳头上的刃口锯齿交错啮合。
本实用新型提供的定标活体取样钳,以交错的锯齿状刃口替代平的或有台阶相交的刃口,在咬合时有齿相互导向而自动纠正因钳的铰接轴间隙而导致的错位。与现有技术相比,本实用新型由于几乎没有对腔体内壁的拉扯,不仅取样对象的痛苦小,而且取样成功率高,同时对腔壁固定粘膜的损伤也小。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,有一定标活体取样钳,安装在内窥镜前端。取样钳前端是由一对连杆以铰轴3铰接而成钳子结构,连杆前端是勺形钳头1,两钳头相合是一封闭的类似于胶囊或蛋形的空心球,钳头如同从该空心球中间剖开一般,钳头的前侧是刃口2。所说刃口是锯齿形的,且两个钳头上的刃口锯齿是相啮合的。连杆后端各铰接一拉杆4,拉杆后端铰接后与从内窥镜护套5中所穿的操纵线连接。操作时通过拉动操纵线使钳头相合,钳头的分开则是由弹簧完成。
