背景技术
当窗户关闭时，拉上窗帘可以保护隐私，还可发遮挡刺目的阳光，但是当窗户打开时，窗帘就会随风飘荡，风刮得越大，窗帘也就荡得越高，就起不到窗帘应有的作用了。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防风窗帘，该窗帘下摆固定在下方滑轨上，当窗户打开时，窗帘不会随风摆动。
